Remanufacturing as an advanced form of circular economy "re-use" is consistent with the "Made in China 2025" and "13th Five-Year" plan requiring manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.There will be a large number of remanufacturing machine tool,which as the a typical remanufacture of machinery products,will enter the market along with remanufacturing industry continued development and expansion.The key to be recognized by the market and customers in the increasingly fierce competition is the quality and reliability,which is one of the key problems to restrict the development of remanufacturing machine tool industry.The research about reliability assessment and reliability growth of remanufacturing machine is an indispensable approach to control the reliability level of remanufacturing machine tool.The research on the reliability evaluation and growth are discussed in detail based on the inherent characteristics of remanufacturing machine tool.(1)The definition and the indicator system of remanufacturing machine tool reliability is proposed according to the connotation of existing products' reliability,to provide a theoretical basis for remanufacturing machine tool reliability assessment and growth.(2)The model for the comprehensive assessment of the reliability of remanufacturing machine tool is established,combined with the remanufacturing machine tool complex structure,long service life,multiple failure modes and small sample size etc.,machining quality reliability and operation reliability of remanufacturing machine tool are evaluated respectively by two reliability assessment methods of dynamic characteristic parameters and the fusion of multi-source information,combined with the both reliability assessment results,the comprehensive assessment of the reliability of remanufacturing machine tool is carried out.(3)The reliability growth of remanufacturing machine tool is researched according to its reliability assessment.its measures is given for different stage,and Army materiel system analysis activity model reliability growth prediction modeling method based on conditional distribution and future failure time as a random variable is proposed for the prediction of future failure time and reliability in reliability growth testing of remanufacturing machine.to judge the effect of the implementation of reliability growth measures.(4)The prototype system of remanufacturing machine reliability assessment and growth called RMRAG is designed and developed based on the functional requirements of reliability evaluation and growth of machine tool remanufacturing,and the main function modules of RMRAG system are introduced with examples.
