CNC forging machine tool is a kind of important manufacturing devices. With its advantages of high efficiency and flexible manufacturing,it gradually replaces the traditional forging machine tool.Normal reliability tests cost much,and the test cycle is long.At the mercy of the actual condition and attention, many enterprises still lack the reliability research on CNC forging machine tool.This dissertation will analysis the working principle and failure mode of a CNC forging machine,and discuss the developed progress during the reliability test.Aiming at making the machine achieve the goal of reliability growth,this article explore a rapid and economic reliability test scheme, which may be reference for similar equipment reliability experiments.Due to the complexity of CNC forging machine tool structure and functional diversity, the standardized reliability test schemes are not suitable for this type of machine tools.Being reference to the relevant test standards, test cost and the machine’s character were given attention at the same time.Then the experimental research was conducted.First of all,failure positions were divided into parts based on the theories of modular before the failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA),to found out the key parts affecting the reliability for repair improvement under the background of developed testAnd then taking reference to GJB 1407-92, we applied short vibration stress to complete the screening test in front of the diagnostic reliability growth test.combined the relevant standard of accelerated life test with FMECA analysis,the reliability growth baseline test was conducted to improve the early reliability of the development.Finally,Reliability growth test was taken based on Duane model to evaluate the MTBF stander in the early stage,and to verify the feasibility of a baseline test.After researching and analysis on small sample above,these experiments proved a experimental scheme feasibility used for this type of machine tool.The considerations and stress intensity in the test section design had effectively stimulate the potential defects.During the trial.We adjusted the lubrication,stroke as well as working parameters, and improved the security of machine tool.Machining accuracy and reliability,the progress also exposed failures of high frequency,replaced the important parts and determine the effective maintenance measures.We has been clear about that the key components affect the reliability of the machine tool,the actual processing features, and roughly estimate its reliability level.By grouping comparison and analysis,this research on experiments reached a preliminary objective of the factory mechanical reliability growth test and accelerated the process of the product.At the same time,it also verified the reliability preexposure and growth testing scheme of economy and practical,and provide experiences for the equipment reliability data and maintenance.These experiments also provide a reference for the similar forging test scheme for devices,which share high efficiency and reduced cost. Moreover,it enriches the database of NC machine tools reliability test.
