The crucial point of the new dried cement product technology is the floating warm-up and decomposing outside the stove technology.Combining the modern science and technology with the industrial new findings into the whole procedure of the cement production,a set of modern high-tech,high production,po wer saving,environment friendly and automatic cement production method is formed.Therefore,it is very important to research on the pre-decomposing stove technology.First of all,the current research statement both in domestic and overseas area is analyzed.Now the PID control method based on the PLC is not the best control method.To adopt the traditional control strategy to the single temperature system unit is also not in good effection.The stability is the main consideration in these methods.Secondly,the detailed pre-decomposing stove system producting situation is analyzed in this paper.It is a very complicated reaction procedure.Owing to the complex procedure as well as a lot of parameters,the traditional method can not control the temperature accurately because of the mathematic model.According to the result,the neural network pre-decomposing stove temperature control method is proposed.It is used to solve the time-lag,multi-parameter and unlinear problems.The temperature control model is trained and the neural network is applied.Apart from this,based on the MATLAB the simulation of the pre-decomposing temperature control system is accomplished,which contains the model training simulation and predictive model simulation.The result shows that the method proposed in this paper is stable to maintain the stove temperature.It can guarantee the quality of the production,and it can save the energy consumption,which can improve the social benefit and the economic benefit of the enterprises.Finally,the control system software is also introduced in this paper,which set the foundation for the further development.
