"Eleventh Five-Year" period, China’s steel industry has made great progress. Substantial growth in steel product, iron and steel products structure constantly optimizing, effectively support the rapid development of China’s national economy. But, with the rapid development, excess capacity, high energy consumption backward production capacity, which is a large proportion in entire iron and steel industry, is very prominent structural contradictions. Accelerating the steel industry technological upgrade is an urgent issue of achieving energy> resource efficient use and reducing emissions.Blast furnace making iron system is a production unit with high-energy, high resource consumption. Actively promote iron-making energy-saving, environmental protection and other advanced technology, will become the key point of promoting technological upgrade of the entire steel industry. In recent years, with blast furnace applying advanced technology, high air temperature has become one of the most popular advanced techniques about saving energy on iron and steel company. In order to improve the supply air temperature, blast stove must improve heat-storing capability. Therefore, research about blast stove optimal combustion under the lowest energy consumption, which will become the key issues about achieving energy-saving technology upgrade on iron making.In this thesis, researched the Shougang Jingtang iron and steel company BSK top-burning hot blast stove, proposed based on neural network automatic combustion fuzzy control system design and implementation program, aimed at improving the traditional control methods inadequate. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, learn from the relevant literature, describes the common hot blast stove automatic combustion technology control methods and the advantages、disadvantages of each methods, proposed the hot blast stove automatic combustion technology developing trend.Secondly, by introducing BSK top-burning hot blast stove main characteristic、basic features,elaborated top-burning blast stove all stages of the combustion process variation, discussed the various stages of the implementation of the objectives and tasks as well as the main control strategy.Finally, introduced in detail the design process of based on neural network automatic burning fuzzy controller’s fuzzy logic、fuzzy logic relational tables、fuzzy logic and fuzzy judgment, at the same time introduced the design process of neural network self-learning fuzzy rules, and the neural network fuzzy control system implementation and control performance.The main innovation point of this thesis:through the control strategy, which using neural network technology learn and remember the fuzzy rules, to improved the conventional fuzzy control system performance and the blast stove automatic burning control effect.
