According to the situation of our country development,coal will be the main energy in China,and the production volume will continue to increase in the future for a long time.Fire and explosion accident often occurred in the coal mining process,and coal dust is accident reason.Not only coal dust caused pneumoconiosis,explosion and major accidents,also bring a huge loss to the miners,companies and the country.Scholars proposed the foam dust control technique in the fifties of the last century,and made important contributions about dust control.There were some shortcomings in the application process.Foam dust removal technology can be improved by foam liquid sol.Therefore,the foam liquid sol about characteristics of coal dust will be analyzed in this thesis.The foam liquid sol will be analyzed from the three aspects in the thesis.On the first hand,the best formula is selected by the experiment.The best formula of foam sol with small surface tension and high viscosity was built by using orthogonal test.Considered the related affecting factors of the foam liquid sol,the orthogonal test table L9(34)was chosen to test four factors,three levels and two factors.It is concluded that when the anionic surfactant is 1.2g,the cationic surfactant is 0.8g,the additional agent is 1.8g,and the cross-linking agent takes0.46 g to obtain the best formula of the foam sol with the small surface tension and high viscosity.On the second hand,it established the mathematical model of dynamic contact angle to study the wetting characteristics between coal dust and wetting agent.The optical method and liquid drop analysis system is used to measure the contact angle between the wetting agent and coal dust.Then the least square method is used to analysis the contact angle.The wetting factor K can be used to judge the wetting property.The experimental results show that the wetability of water foam is the best,followed by the foam liquid sol,and the deionized water is the weakest.On the basis of the above research,the paper designs the preparation device of the foam liquid sol in third aspect,the single dynamic foam preparation device of air compressor as the only power source can improve the shortcomings of the existing foam filters.In the practical application shows that the pressure of 0.5MPa,gas flow is 60m~3/h.The calculated number through Laval nozzle is 9.92m~3/h.In the practical application test number is 9.81m~3/h,bubble volume is 62.01 m~3/h,the expansion is 6.3 times,gas utilization rate is 87%.
