A large number of coal mining accompanied by coal dust pollution caused by various environmental hazards,serious impact on the physical and mental health of coal miners.In order to effectively prevent and control coal dust,based on the original foam dust suppression technology,this article carried out a targeted study on the self-curing foam sol technology to control static dust.Through the experiments of surface tension and pyrene fluorescence spectroscopy,the micellization behavior of the foaming liquid was studied,and the critical micelle concentration of each component of the foaming liquid was determined,and the optimal concentration was 1 g/L polyethylene oxide(PEO),25 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),100 g/L sodium silicate and 874g/L water.The concentration of organic acids is in the range of 10-13g/L.At this time,the wettability and stability of the mixed solution are the best,and after gas injection,a uniform,stable,dust-suppressing foam with the best self-setting time is formed.From a microscopic point of view,the wetting mechanism,adsorption phenomen-on and foam structure of dust suppression foam are studied.(1)Using a droplet shape analyzer,according to the analysis of the measurement results,PEO and water are combined by hydrogen bonds,and at the same time they interact with SDS molecules through hydrophilic groups to form micelles.Since the existence of the double adsorption layer enhances the wettability of SHF on the surface of coal dust,the smallest contact angle is 17°,and SHF has the best wetting ability under the corresponding surfactant concentration.(2)Carry out the measurement experiment of the dynamic expansion viscoelasticity of the foam rheological interface,and analyze the relationship between the viscoelasticity of the foam liquid film surface and the foam stability from the perspective of equilibrium dynamics.Due to the change of the surface tension gradient,the viscoelasticity is usually accompanied by the surface The concentration of active agent increases and decreases.(3)Using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to analyze the element types and functional groups of the samples,the self-curing foam sol is composed of sodium carbonate and silicon dioxide.The foam surface contains a large number of hydrophilic groups C-O and C=O and a small amount of C-C and C-H,which has good hydrophilic properties.(4)Conducted wind resistance experiments,and observed the solidification effect and characterization morphology of the colloidal film formed by dust suppression foam colloid applied to the surface of coal dust by scanning electron microscope and vertical microscope.In summary,self-hardening foam-sol(SHF)has good wettability,stable performance,pollution-free foam components and low cost.It is a new and efficient dust suppression foam with high social value.
