Hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?has effect of sterilization,oxidation and bleaching and the characteristics of ease decomposition and little residue.Many food manufacturers illegally add excessive hydrogen peroxide to kill the microbes in food materials,in packaging,in equipment and in containers and to better the food color.Along with social progress and improvement of living standards,the hazards of residual hydrogen peroxide are increasingly becoming public concerns,hence the rapid detection of hydrogen peroxide has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper synthesized a series of palladium and gold palladium alloy nanoparticles to build a nanoparticle sensor electrode,and reserched the morphology and composition of nanoparticles in the application of hydrogen peroxide sensor.? The spherical Pd nanoparticles?Pd-NPs?,average particle size of 4 ± 1nm,are synthesized at room temperature in water / AOT / cyclohexane reverse micelle system.Horseradish peroxidase were fixed at a glassy carbon electrode,to make up the hydrogen peroxide sensor electrodes.The cyclic voltammetry?CV?and AC impedance can show the electrochemical properties of the electrodes in the assembly process.The sensor performance was researched by the use of chronoamperometry?i-t?.The results show that the linear range of the sensor to measure H2O2 to1×10-75×10-3mol / L,the detection limit was 5.53×10-6mol / L,?s/n = 3?.?
