In coastal areas of China, emissions of fish meal processing by-products each year lead to a lot of waste of resources and fish oil is the main component, how to improve the use value and increase the range of application through the new technology, has been concerned increasingly by the general scientific and technical workers and the researchers at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of present detergent development situation, this paper conducted a preparation research on natural environmental protection detergent based on marine fish oil, through refining of crude oil, the preparation of Soap of Fatty Acid Potassium(SFP) and detergent compound research and experimental study on performance evaluation to determine the best preparation technology,and a kind of natural environmental detergent based on marine fish oil is prepared.1. First is the refining process of crude fish oil research: Through recovery rate, peroxide value, acid value and color observation,we concluded that when the phosphate concentration was 70%, phosphoric acid content for 70%, water bath temperature for 75 ?; activated clay content for 50%, water bath temperature for 70 ?, the mixing time for 35 min; and yeast powder adding quantity was 5%, the reaction time for 30 min, reaction temperature for 50 ?,it was the best refined fish oil condition, on which condition, fish oil, a light yellow clear liquid, had a faint smell, and the fish oil physical and chemical index measurement analysis was as follows: Moisture and volatile matter was 0.19 g, peroxide value tendency for 5.96 / kg, acid value for 6.21 mg/g, saponification value for 198.75, iodine value for 175.82, and unsaponifiable matter was 0.62. Determination by IR analysis of functional groups in line with the structure of fish oil fatty acids, fish oil by gas chromatography fatty qualitative and quantitative analysis shows that: refined marine fish oil is mainly composed of 21 kinds of fatty acid composition, high content of saturated fatty acids, accounting for 46.11% of the total, monounsaturated fatty acids accounted for 31.78% of the total content of polyunsaturated fatty acids accounted for 19.61% of the total.2.Through the investigation to SFP reaction time, reaction temperature, ratio of material to liquid single factor and orthogonal test, it was concluded that the optimal preparation conditions of potassium fatty acid soap was the reaction time for 75 min, reaction temperature for 45?, and solid-liquid ratio for 1:1.25, on which condition, the result showed that the clean rate by hand-washing was 32.95%, 30.69% for simulating machine-washing.3.Through orthogonal test it was determined that the best proportion of surfactant was SFP for 20%, APG for 9%, AEO-9 for 4%, on which condition, the clean rate by simulating machine-handing could reach 36.45%, 42.09% for hand-washing. The best preparation technology of detergent:(1), Add 50.00 g of distilled water to 250 ml beaker,and heat it to 45?;(2), on the condition of constant 45?, in turn add SFP, APG, and AEO-9, and keep stirring until they were completely mixed evenly;(3), After it was cooled, add suitable amount of chelating agent,viscosity regulator to the beaker, and constantly stir until they were completely mixed evenly;(4), Adjust the solution pH to 10.50 or less;(5), Add suitable amount of essence and add water until the total amount was 100.00 g, stirring evenly.4. Based on the evaluation of sensory indicator, physical and chemical indicators and safety performance, the actual detergent performance measurement indicated that the natural environmental protection detergent based on Marine fish oil developed by this paper achieved or in part exceeded the performance of the representative detergent 1 and 2 sold in this city in the domestic market.In this paper, the natural environmental protection detergent based on marine fish oil not only enhance the use value of marine fish processing byproducts marine fish oil, but also for the future development of new green detergent to provide a theoretical basis for research.
