Chemical synthesis of non-IPR fullerenes is still a great challenge to chemists because of their structures with high local strain and anti-aromatic nature,which leads to be too reactive to be obtained under conventional experimental conditions.It is generally required that the outer derivatives of the cage and the cage metal can be stabilized to achieve its synthesis in the physical synthesis process.At present,there are ten kinds of non IPR fullerene has been synthesized,but the yield will be very low.In this paper,flash vacuum pyrolysis?FVP?method was used to study in the chemical synthesis of non IPR fullerene which expected to improve the physical synthesis of low yield,difficult separation and other unfavorable factors,and open another door of non IPR fullerene chemical synthesis.The definite contents are as follows:?1?With Acenaphthene as materials,the target product C60H30 was obtained by the reaction of the friedel-crafts acylation,reduction reaction,oxidation reaction and hydroxyl aldehyde reaction,and the products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance.C60H30 was characterized by MALDI-TOF-MS.After FVP reaction experiment of C60H30,the mass spectra of the dehydrogenation reaction were obtained.The mass fraction of m/z=732 is the key product in the FVP reaction,and the products was characterized by the mass spectra.?2?With 6-Chloro-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-one as materials,the target product C60H27Cl3 was obtained by the reaction of hydroxyl aldehyde reaction,oxidation reaction and cyclization aromatization reaction,and the products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance.C60H27Cl3 was characterized by MALDI-TOF-MS.After FVP reaction experiment of C60H27Cl3,the mass spectra of the dehydrogenation reaction were obtained.FVP reaction appeared the key product of mass fraction m/z=732,The MALDI-TOF-MS saw MS signal m/z=720.?3?With Hydrindene as materials,the target product C36H30 was obtained by the reaction of the friedel-crafts acylation,cyclization reaction and hydroxyl aldehyde reaction,and the products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance.C36H30 was characterized by MALDI-TOF-MS.After FVP reaction experiment of C36H30,the mass spectra of the dehydrogenation reaction were obtained.?4?With Hydrindene as materials,the target product C36H30 was obtained by the reaction of halogenating reaction the friedel-crafts acylation,cyclization reaction and hydroxyl aldehyde reaction,and the products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance.Because the yield of C36H27Cl3 is low,just do a nuclear magnetic characterization,and no further FVP reaction.
