With the vigorous development of the national economy, blasting technology has been in roads, railways and other infrastructure in the widely used, blasting can speed up the construction speed, saving construction costs, but the existing building(structure) building materials can easily harm revealed. Especially in recent years, with the further increase in energy demand, a large number of long-distance transports of buried pipeline is the construction and put into use, such as the famous "West-East" project. Because these large pipe length, the new road or rail is difficult to avoid intersecting or adjacent to, therefore, both to ensure the smooth development of blasting construction, without compromising safety near buried gas pipeline is of great significance.In this paper, theoretical analysis and field research combination, main gas pipeline blast near Buried construction safety management mechanism and construction blasting near buried gas pipeline on the safety evaluation of the content, the main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Application security manager theory, the analysis of the gas pipeline blast near buried construction safety management, security, technical security measures and organizational measures, and from the point of view of time and space, proposed safety management system.(2) The establishment of a mechanism of blasting vibration monitoring construction on adjacent buried pipeline from the standardization of standardized management and monitoring personnel monitoring equipment two angles studied blasting vibration monitoring of standardized management.(3) Gas pipeline blast near buried construction safety linkage mechanism comprising three states normal security cooperation mechanism construction, early warning alarm and emergency rescue under. Results of the model can be consistent with the actual situation.This study can provide reference for similar projects, it has practical significance.
