In recent years, occupation disease has caused widespread concern in the community, in which the infection is the prominent problem of pneumoconiosis. At present the coal mine is one of the largest occupation disease harm. Tunneling face is one of the most polluted areas, and it is a serious threat to the health of mine workers. Practice has proved that, tunneling ventilation in heading face is one of the most effective measures to improve the working environment to ensure safety in production. CFD numerical simulation can accurately grasp the roadway distribution of airflow movement shunt flow field. These conclusions have important theoretical and practical significance to the mine ventilation dust removal.In this text, in computational fluid dynamics theory, jet theory and other related theories, using numerical simulation, laboratory model experiment and the measured of the mine, researched the tunneling faces ventilation wind field and dust transport regularity:(1)On the basis of theoretical analysis, combining the reality of mine tunneling faces, using FLUENT software to establish the mathematical model and geometry model of the drivage roadway in different ways of ventilation, selecting the RNG model to study the tunneling working face ventilation wind field by numerical simulation. Comparison and analysis the wind field of forced ventilation and mixed ventilation, and study the wind parameters under the condition of different ventilation dust migration rule.(2)Long press short smoke hybrid ventilation, suction wind damage vortex near the dig face effect, dust diffusion is more complete; Due to the strong suction, the dust suction mouth ram position is relatively concentrated, and which are not been inhaled in the dust suction is attached with a movement in the suction duct.(3)For Hechuan coal mine 8107 tunneling face, the numerical simulations show the best pumping duct layout(Lc =3m,Ly =14m) and the speed 20m/s.(4)Base on the similarity theory, established an experimental mode, the conclusion with reasonable parameters tested basically matched the numerical simulation.(5)Doing engineering verification for the numerical simulation and physical experiment analysis, results show that the research conclusion can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the tunneling face.
