Poyang Lake wetland as a important international wetland, Poyang Lake wetland has unique habitats and complex climate, hydrological conditions to form a very unique ecosystem. The water quality of Poyang Lake is deteriorating in recent years, The concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in some areas are seriously overweight, The water was polluted badly and eutrophication. Poyang Lake wetland is located in the transition zone between lake and land, not only susceptible to interference from natural factors, such as rainfall, atmospheric deposition, soil erosion, but also subject to interference such as land use, social and economic development and other human factors. Many studies show that human disturbance has become a dominant factor in deterioration of water quality. To launch the research of spatial variation of water quality and anthropogenic factors of Poyang Lake wetland is important to the conservation of Poyang Lake wetland. In order to quantitatively analyze the correlation between Poyang Lake wetland water quality and environmental indicators, we carried out the field sampling and observations at 30 typical wetlands where we selected around the whole Poyang Lake from September 2015 to November, and samples were analyzed in the laboratory. At the same time we obtained the land use and socio-economic data by using multiple linear regression model and their water quality was analyzed of Poyang Lake area. The results show that:The concentration of DTP is generally not high in Poyang Lake wetland, with an average concentration of 0.0221 mg/L just over the critical value of eutrophication occurs 0.02mg/L, Several wetlands have a high concentration of DTP at Poyang County which the aquaculture is developed; The concentration of DTN did not show a significant spatial variation, But it appears in some wetlands extremely with a high value or a low value, the greater volatility in the range from 0.428 mg/L to 2.076 mg/L, with an average of 1.0374 mg/ L, Much higher than the critical value of eutrophication of 0.20 mg/L, It explained that the nutritional status of the water quality of Poyang Lake wetland is mainly controlled by the nitrogen and nitrogen nutrients is strong influenced by sand mining activities.Poyang Lake water quality is strong influenced by human activities, in general, The factors that affect the water quality of Poyang Lake wetland most is socio-economic factors such as the total population, population density, level of urbanization, per capita GDP and the proportion of primary industry, and does not match expectations the Poyang Lake wetland DTP content no obvious correlation with socio-economic factors.Land use is also the critical human activities which affect the Poyang Lake water quality, construction land, farmland is negatively associated with nitrogen and phosphorus and serves as a "source" of water pollutant, woodland, grassland and unused land played a role of "sink" in improving water quality, which is similar to many other findings. Most of the marshs surrounding the region around Poyang Lake wetland are unused lands, and is negatively associated with water pollutants.Poyang Lake water quality is also affected by agricultural activities, aquaculture and sand mining activities, the quantitative study of these human activities is the key to a comprehensive understanding of Poyang Lake wetland water pollutant sources.
