Pyrimidine derivatives and triazole derivatives with widespread biological activities have became research focus in cosmetics, agrochemical, and medicine. and achieve more good results. With the development of science and technology and the needs of the people's life, the need to develop more excellent pesticide and pharmaceutical compounds Many of them have been and synthesized novel 5-triazolyl pyrimidine via acyl hydrazines and 4-ethoxymethyleneamino-5-cyano-2,6-dialkylthio pyrimidine. Their herbicidal activities were also studied and many of them had high herbicidal activities. It may be summarized as follows:we had synthesized 63 compounds. The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, elemental analysis. Those compounds are summarized as follows:? :2-alkylthio-4-amino-6-methylthio-5-{3-[(1-substitutedphenoxy)ethyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl}- pyrimidine( 9);? :2-substituentphenoxymethylene-4,6-dihydro-5-alkyl-8-ethylthio-10-alkylthiopyrimido [5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidineThe prediminary herbicidal activities of the new compounds were measured. According to the experiment, some compounds which possessed high herbicidal activities have been found.
