Along with the development of the supramolecular chemistry,molecular recognition have drawed more and more attention,chemosensor can recognize the target material in molecular level,it has many advantage,such as high selectivity,high sensitivity,convenient and quick detection.Metal ion,especially heavy metal ion,due to the huge poison and high risk,has become the most important target in the molecular recognition.For example,mercury ion can be converted via biotic and/or abiotic methylation to monomethylmercury.Furthermore,methylmercury can bioaccumulate throughout the food chain and cause various neurological damage,such as prenatalbrain damage,serious mental and motion disorders and minamata disease.On the other hand,some metal ions as indispensable microelement to our body,such as ferric ion,zinc ion,and copper ion,are also the key target need to be detected.In our paper,we designed and synthesized three chemosensors,which used carbazole and phenanthroimidazole as fluorogen and azobenzene as chromophore.Beside,the performance of the chemosensor has been analysised by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and fluorospectro photomete.The details were as following:In the first chapter,we introduced the mode of action between subject and object,the recognition mechanism of colorimetric chemosensors,recognition mechanism of fluorescence chemosensors and the research progress of mercury ion chemosensor and copper ion chemosensor.At last,based on the analysis and summary of the research progress,we proposed our assumption.In the second part,based on carbazole and azobenzene,a mercury ion chemosensor with two-channel identification has been designed and synthesized.The structure has been determined by infrared spectrogram,1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.The performance of the chemosensor has been analysised by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and fluorospectro photomete.The result indicated that this chemosensor is a chemosensor with high selectivity and high sensitivity,the detection line is as low as 1.8×10-8M.In the third part,a fluorescence chemosensor based on phenanthroimidazole has been designed and synthesized,By means of the fluorospectro photomete analysis,the result indicated that it can recognize copper ion selectively and the fluorescence is quenching.In the fourth part,based on the water solubility of carboxylate,we designed and synthesized a new chemosensor,By means of the fluorospectro photomete analysis,the result indicated that it has good water solubility and it can recognize mercury ion without influence of other ion.
