The Mannich-based complexes of arylphenols exist intriguing structures and photoelectric properties,which have become one of the advancing fields of current chemical and material science.This paper synthesized six aryl phenol Mannich bases and to study their properties.In this thesis,the aryl phenol Mannich bases were used as the ligand,reacting with transition metal ions under conventional solution reaction,obtaining six no-reported supramolecule coordination complexes.The structures complexes were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction techniques,X-ray powder diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis.Furthermore,their structure and photoelectric properties were studied.The studied works are concluded in the following:1.Seven Mannich bases of arylphenol(8-hydroxyquinoline,5-nitro-8-hydroxyquinoline and 4-methylphenol)were synthesized and characterized by infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis.The new Ni?,Cu?,Mn?and Co?complexes(1-4)were prepared based on7-(N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)aminomethyl)-5-nitro-8-hydroxyquinoline(L1).The new Zn?and Ni?complexes 5 and 6 were synthesized by2-(N,N-bis(carboxymethyl)aminomethyl)-4-methylphenol(L2).2.The crystal structures of six complexes were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffractin techniques.Complex 1 is mononuclear Ni?structure;Complex 2is dinuclear Mn?structure;Complex 3 is mononuclear Cu?structure;Complex4 is mononuclear Co?structure;Complex 5 is trinuclear Zn?structure;Complex6 is trinuclear Ni?structure.In complex 1,3 and 4,the metal ions are six-coordinated octahedral structure;complex 2,each of the six-coordinated manganese ions deformed pentagonal bipyramidal configuration;complexes 5and 6 with the same complex trinuclear ring like molecular structure,each coordinated metal ion is six-coordinated octahedral configuration.3.The complexes of TG-DTA results show good thermal stability.The complexes exhibit excellent fluorescence properties.The study cyclic voltammetry of complexes shows the performance of the electrode reaction are reversible process.
