Since ancient times, grain has been the basis of all walks of life. In recent years, the problem of food security has risen to the national strategic level. In the upgrading of traditional grain warehouse technology in China in the process of gastightness is paid more and more attention. Gastightness of warehouse nitrogen regulating effect, insecticidal effect, but also affect the grain storage cost.Effect of this topic with Qingdao library actual grain work, explore the gastightness of cabin of nitrogen concentration effect, effect of the effects of air tightness of stored grain insect killing effect and temperature in different positions of insecticidal effect, different concentration of nitrogen on grain quality and optimum filling nitrogen adjustment process.Gastightness of warehouse nitrogen concentration influence the results showed that nitrogen after 29 days of storage, airtight test with the longest half-life of 20, barn nitrogen concentrations highest; 16 nitrogen concentration in barns times; the shortest half-life of 17 barns nitrogen concentration is the lowest. No. 20 storage pests total kill rate for 77.33%, 16, warehouse storage pests total kill rate was 72.67%. 17 storage pests total kill rate of 66.22%, showing the same time barn pest killing rate and nitrogen in the warehouse maintenance concentration was positively correlated, so gastightness better positions within pest killing rate is high.The higher the temperature, the higher pest mortality. No. 12 positions in the test during the nitrogen in the air bag of average temperature for 27.11 DEG C, pest mortality was 100%; average temperature of 13, barn for 21.82 DEG C, pest mortality was 82.22%; 14, barn average temperature is 14.72 DEG C pest mortality was 58.89%.On storage fatty acid are also affected by different nitrogen concentration, the conventional atmospheric environment 6 months storage, the fatty acid value of Wheat by initial 17.69 mg KOH/100 g rise to 218.9 mg KOH/100 g, in three types of storage is the highest. After 90% of the nitrogen concentration of wheat after storage, fatty acid value is 21.38 mg KOH/100 g. After concentration to 98% of the nitrogen storage. The fatty acid value of wheat for 21.05 mg KOH/100 g, in three types of storage the content was the lowest. That conventional storage conditions of fatty acid content in wheat increased rapidly, nitrogen storage might slow down the rising trend of fatty acid and nitrogen concentration higher fatty acid value increase more slowly.Storage of different concentration of nitrogen on wheat land is investigated numerically for: with the storage time extension of wheat under three storage conditions, falling number is on the rise, conventional storage way of wheat falling number increased the fastest, storage to the 6 months when falling number of wheat to 358s; 90% concentration of nitrogen storage conditions falling number increase rate is second only to conventional storage, storage to the 6 month falling number 350s; falling number increased the speed of the slowest is 98% nitrogen storage, storage to the 6 month falling number for 347 s, slightly less than 90% of the concentration of nitrogen storage of wheat falling number. Visible nitrogen storage will slow down the rising trend of the falling value, and the higher the nitrogen concentration, the higher the value of the falling down, that is, nitrogen storage can better maintain the alpha amylase activity of wheat.Effects of different nitrogen concentration of wheat conductivity results show that as the storage time extended wheat conductivity showed increasing trend, the conventional storage conditions on wheat conductivity increased rapidly, eventually the electrical conductivity value under three storage conditions, the highest reached 142.6 mu s/cm/ g; 98% of the nitrogen storage of wheat conductivity increased slowly and eventually the electrical conductivity values in three storage conditions the lowest conductivity for 140.1 mu s/cm/g; 90% of the concentration of nitrogen storage of wheat conductivity values between the two, the conductivity to 141.5 mu s/cm/g. The change of electrical conductivity of wheat showed that the conductivity value of wheat was higher than that of nitrogen in the conventional storage environment.Best air conditioning process cost analysis, by charging lower row, tail gas utilization of nitrogen filling process, and according to the depot where the area of the price ladder, avoid peak electricity price time nitrogen filling operation, the whole warehouse filled with nitrogen to the same nitrogen concentration than traditional nitrogen charging mode, the 793.96, tons of food consumption electricity savings of 0.16 yuan, save 38%.
