In recent years, as China's rapid economic development period of integrity, mold industry has been hitherto unknown development and gradually revealed its fundamental role in manufacturing industry. By using several specific structure to make the mold through some processes. It is the basic process for the equipment manufacturing. In parts and components production, its high precision,high complexity and low production cost and high economic benefit, causing more and more government departments and relevant enterprises. Especially in light industry, electronic industry, transportation and communications, automobile manufacturing and military department. If not die hard products; if not timely supply of various mold, development of related industries will be affected; if the mold is low, make precision of product surface quality and economic benefits poor.Due to the majority of the mold cavity are irregular surfaces, for irregular surface finishing technology is an important problem. Therefore, the relevant experts and scholars have developed a variety of finishing methods, such as grinding and polishing, chemical polishing, electrolytic polishing and so on, to a certain extent, improve the machining accuracy, but at the cost of production, production cycle and for some particular mold, the single processing method can not meet the accuracy of its processing requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to use two kinds of methods of composite processing, the discussion about whether to reduce the machining accuracy roughness.This paper is aimed at the common material industry ASP23, taking the plane as an example by electrochemical mechanical composite processing method of electrochemical mechanical machining on the surface of the material, contrast obtained by grinding, milling, EDM 3 kinds of common processing method with electrochemical machining method of flatness and surface roughness data, analysis of the impact of electrochemical mechanical processing methods on the surface quality of ASP23 material, summarize the regularity.The thesis that, electrochemical machining technology can improve the surface quality, also is a slight improvement on machining precision. The surface quality and precision are closely related, relevance. When the surface roughness of some indexes are improved, to a certain extent, also can improve the machining accuracy.The research of this thesis deepened understanding of the impact of ASP23 material surface quality and machining accuracy, has the important significance to enrich and develop the electrochemical mechanical machining method.
