SLM rapid prototyping technology is a new additive manufacture technology in recent years,which can manufacture metal parts directly.Thanks to its simple molding process,high manufacturing precision and excellent mechanical properties,SLM is widely concerned by domestic and foreign scholars.However,the promotion and development of SLM technology are limited deeply in our country because of technical monopoly abroad and expensive equipment.Aiming at this problem,SLM technology is studied,which is intended to design a set of SLM equipment with independent intellectual property rights,high precision molding and low price.Firstly,according to the process requirements of the SLM technology,the energy source,the optical path scanning system,the powder feeding mode,and the forming bin protection of SLM equipment are studied.The overall design scheme of SLM equipment is proposed.Secondly,based on the working principle of the functional components of the equipment,the main mechanical structure is designed in detail,which includes silo body and base,lifting platform mechanism,forming cylinder,scraping device,automatic scraper lifting mechanism,feeding device,feeding bin.Then,using AMCP as the core,the control system of SLM equipment is constructed.Hardware and software is integrated,and the compatibility and stability of the system is enhanced.Finally,by using the ANSYS Workbench software,the finite element analysis of the base and the warehouse of the SLM equipment are executed.The structure of the warehouse is optimized.Under the premise of meeting the using requirements,the weight of the whole equipment is reduced.Through the structure modeling of SLM equipment,the structural feasibility is verified.The equipment has the advantages of simple and compact structure,convenient installation,easy to operate and so on.Using AMCP as the core,the control system is constructed,and the programming difficulty is reduced.The security of data transmission is improved,and the stability of the system is enhanced.Through the research of SLM technology,the development cycle of SLM equipment is shortened,which lays solid foundations for the research and development of SLM equipment in the future.
