With the rapid development of the organic thin film electronics components, the study of organic thin film material's properties has become a popular materials and electronic research in recent years. Studies have shown that the membrane structure and surface morphology determines the electrical properties of thin film. Therefore, in order to study the organic thin film optical properties and electrical characteristics, on the basis of the existing light measurement system, this paper proposes an improvement for the electrical measurement system as well as samples; joint photoelectric measurement scheme was also proposed; it also realizes the online measurement of organic thin film photovoltaic properties under the vacuum condition.The main works in this paper include the following aspects:1) Study the photoelectric properties of organic thin film and its conductive mechanism, analysis and comparison the existing organic thin film photovoltaic properties measurement methods. According to the requirements of real-time measurement of the film surface morphology for real-time monitoring and electrical characteristics, this paper proposes the photoelectric joint measurement scheme combing the vacuum optical measurement system with the controlled circuit.2) Study the electrical field effect tube measurement principle, design and production the electrical measurement system, including the offline and online measurements. The measurement system can switch the measurement mode(including fixed value, timing, and circulation, etc.) in real time. Based on the existing optical measurement system, joined in the original light path calibration light path, decrease the spectrum signal drift through the real-time calibration.3) Study the characteristics of samples required by the measurement of organic film's characteristics, and the comb teeth shape of sample structure is proposed. Experiments show that the structure can meet the test requirements, and achieved good results.4) In view of the performance testing of the measuring system, this paper concluded that its scope of voltage is ±0.2V ~ ±60V, and the accuracy of current is 100 p A, meet the demand of the organic film measuring(voltage ±30V, current value ?A).Use of optical, electrical system to test the samples offline and online. According to the measured electrical signals, the characteristic curve of the sample and carrier mobility and other electrical parameters of organic thin films were measured. According to the measured optical signals, different divided areas were analyzed, and the growth of the organic film information was obtained. The change of the optical signal was measured under the condition applied with electrical signals, thus verified the real measurement system in organic thin film photovoltaic characteristics in terms of feasibility and real-time measurement.
