In this paper, the reliability of CNC machine tool has carried out in-depth research, the reliability of CNC machine tools and factors are analyzed, and the reliability of CNC machine tools is analyzed, and three kinds of methods to improve the reliability of CNC machine tools, mold and implementation strategy, research and solve a series of key issues in the reliability of CNC machine tool.In view of the reliability of CNC machine tools, the related factors and the basic problems of the reliability of CNC machine tools are firstly studied, and the related problems and factors affecting the reliability of CNC machine tools are studied. In the research of the reliability modeling of NC machine tool, the key problems need to be solved and the characteristics of the CNC machine tools are studied.In view of the problem of NC machine tool fault repair, a reliability model based on incomplete repair is designed. The principle, method and model structure of the imperfect repair for NC machine tools are analyzed in detail, and the performance index of the model is given.Aiming at the demand of improving the reliability of numerical control machine tools in the design stage, the reliability improvement method of the numerical control machine tool based on reliability distribution is designed. The reliability of the numerical control machine tool can be reasonably allocated by the method, and the design of the numerical control machine tool can meet the expected reliability requirements. The principle, model and implementation method of the reliability distribution of CNC machine tool are introduced in detail.In order to improve the reliability of numerical control machine tool, the model and the method of maintainability design based on numerical control machine tool are designed to improve the reliability of numerical control machine tool. Firstly, the failure characteristics of CNC machine tools are analyzed, and the relationship model of CNC machine tool failure occurrence rule and the failure of parts and machine tools is established. Based on this, the maintenance model of CNC machine tools is designed.In this paper, three kinds of typical methods of CNC machine tools are studied, and the corresponding model is designed. The key problems in the design of CNC machine tools are solved.
