Sustainable development is one of the main problems faced by all the countries in this century. Under the theory of sustainable development, the theory of "green growth", as a profound reflection and understanding of the long-term practice of human activities, has been recognized by the international community and the governments of many countries. At present, the evaluation research on the theory and practice of sustainable development of Belarus and other Russian speaking countries are still in the exploratory stage. It has not formed a set of recognized or generally accepted index system and evaluation methods by the international community, this is one of the reasons why the strategy of sustainable development need to be implemented. In 2005 the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) cooperation and Development Conference "green growth" have recognized that "green growth" is a key strategy for achieving sustainable development and promoting low carbon development, that it is beneficial for all members of society and for sustainable economic processes. Subsequently, the OECD has released the declaration of "green growth strategy", which is defined as preventing the damage of the environment, climate change, biodiversity loss and unsustainable use of natural resources at the same time to pursue economic growth and development. In 2011 in launched report, namely "Towards green growth," was further pointed that "green growth" is a way of ensuring natural capitals continue to provide a variety of resources and environmental services for human well-being, promoting economic growth and development.2012 Rio+20 UN Conference on sustainable development, on the basis of economic paradigm reform has promoted green growth, the new idea to set off a global green wave. At present, the international community has generally recognized that if we do not change the mode of growth, we will pay a high economic, people's health and welfare and environmental costs. "Green growth" has been widely regarded as an important issue to solve the crisis of resources and environment and to realize the sustainable, balanced and inclusive development of the social economy. Based on this understanding, international organizations and countries around the world have taken measures to promote the practices of "green growth".According the theory "green growth", the "green office" in broad sense means clean office environment, office products, the health of employees, etc., but in a narrow sense "green office" is the office activities used to conserve resources and reduce the generation of pollutants, emissions, and recycling products. Hence, the "green office" is closely related to the productivity and performance of enterprises. The main idea of the research is that transformation into green office may have a positive impact on workers. The experiment was a longitudinal field experiment which examined the short-term effects of implementation of the elements of "green office" on workers' environmental satisfaction (perceived air quality, perceived concentration, workplace satisfaction and perceived productivity). The study was conducted during 6 months and consisted of the promoting the concept of "green office", education of employees, office decoration, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting and two-stage questionnaire of employees. The questionnaire included four key constructs:satisfaction with the workplace, attention on the work, the quality of air and subjective productivity. In each case, participants responded using a 7-point scale ranging from 1 (totally unsatisfied) to 7 (totally satisfied). The experiment was conducted in the office of one of the major campaigns of the city of Minsk, the survey was attended by 73 staff. This study clearly shows that the implementation of "green office" will save resources and reduce environmental pollution, also will make enterprise operating environmentally friendly with low-cost expenses, and reduce air pollution, bacteria and viruses, the spreads of diseases in the office and other benefits. The results of this thesis have particular significance for the theoretical and practical theory of "green growth" under the framework of sustainable development in the world.
