At present, the PID control model is mostly used in the gathering and transportation system of joint station, and the effect is better in the early period. But with the development of the oil-field exploitation entering high water cut period; it is difficult and even not able to meet the requirements of production process by using old or numeral PID control scheme. Thus, the control method of oil-field multi-purpose station is focused on in the paper, and characteristics is fully considered with multi-variable, mightiness coupling, and large time-delay, and the related theory and application research are investigated.The main research processes of this paper are as follows. At first, the actual conditions of gathering and transportation system of joint station are detailed analyzed, the technological process and important related parameters of system are known. Then the significant variables and the relationship between them of system are studied in this paper. Second, the free-model adaptive control and adaptive fuzzy control are applied in the key equipment control of joint station, and the control effects of both are compared.The specific control system includes heating furnace temperature control, pressure control of the oil-water separation process interface, auto-set free water of first settling tank, sewage buffer tank liquid level regulating and automatic reagent feeding system. In this paper, the main research contents can be summarized as follows:1. Temperature Control of Heat FurnaceA cascade model free control scheme, where the temperature of the furnace is combined with the outlet temperature of the feed forward, is used to simulate the temperature control of the heating furnace by means of simulation.2. Interface and Pressure Control of Oil-water Separate ProcessA adaptive fuzzy control scheme is used to control the free water removal device and electric dehydrator input variables and output variables and realize the separation of oil and water control scheme. The system adaptability and robustness are improved through using adaptive fuzzy control scheme.3. Water Automatically Control of First Settling TankAdaptive fuzzy control method is applied to the sedimentation tank automatic discharge control process. Two control schemes about fuzzy control and self-adaptive fuzzy control are designed, and their respective control results were tested and compared. The-results show that the advantages of adaptive fuzzy control method on the system of effect:fast response, transition time short and strong robustness, etc., but also solve the system problems which cannot be controlled.
