The closed-extruding fine blanking is a new invention of the plate fine blanking process,and it can be used to fine blanking low plastic plate and thick plate fine blanking.The closed-extruding fine blanking has the characteristics of small deformation zone,severely deformation degree and short deformation time,and involved in the compound forming fine blanking and extrusion,so the stress distribution in deformation zone is very complex,the morphology and properties near the forming surface of workpiece material will be inevitably brought great changes,which affect the performance.This article is for the purpose of through the study of closed extruding fine blanking process bring changes of microstructure and properties of materials,and defect analysis,explore the new fine blanking process tooth parts deformation zone material changes in the characteristics and closed extruding fine blanking process performance of the trend of the workpiece,thus promoting closed extruding fine blanking process of market application.This subject adopts closed extruding fine blanking process,processing of a batch of spur gear,and related parts of the workpiece slicing and processing.In this paper,the micro behavior of plastic deformation is summarized,and the effect of deformation on microstructure and properties of the material is introduced;Secondly,by using the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D analyzed closed extrusion fine blanking before and after the opposition of the material flow deformation characteristics,combined with metallographic experiment analysis of fiber morphology characteristics,in-depth analysis of the causes of fibrous tissue changes.The forming surface was analyzed by the method of finite element method,and the deformation strengthening law was studied,and the hardness distribution of the deformation zone of the workpiece was measured and analyzed by the micro hardness measurement;The corrosion resistance of the forming surface of the closed extrusion fine blanking tooth parts was studied by the method of corrosion electrochemical test.Finally,the defects are studied.This study found that the surface roughness of the closed extruding fine blanking piece can reach 0.03~0.07 ?m;tooth shaped pieces of contour of streamline organization,compact and continuous distribution,the tooth surface and tooth top work hardening degree compared to root has greatly improved,can give full play to the potential of materials and enhance the material strength;compared with the blank corrosion rate,theforming surface material has better corrosion resistance;the causes of defects and improvement measures are analyzed,and the improvement measures for crack defects are put forward to meet the quality requirements.This research has practical value,with guidance and reference significance for industrial production.
