Rare earth luminescent materials with unique luminescent properties,the use of a wide range of high-tech in the field of information technology,energy technology,and biotechnology.Part dysprosium(III)substituted europium(III),both mutual sensitization,total fluorescence,so that the stable fluorescence properties.Aromatic carboxylic acids due to its aromatic ring having a large conjugated rigidity,good stability of rare earth luminescent materials may be formed by carboxyl oxygen and the rare earth ion coordinated.Co-precipitation method is simple,low cost,less pollution.As used herein,rare earth oxides,benzoic acid(L1),succinic acid(L2),terephthalic acid(L3),and 1,10-phenanthroline as raw material,using the traditional co-precipitation method Europium complexes matter,the sample into the IR analysis,fluorescence spectroscopy and DSC-TGA analysis,,to determine the sample composition,molecular structure and luminescent properties.The results are as followsIR analysis results(1)of the sample showed that benzoic acid(L1),terephthalic acid(L2),succinic acid(L3)and 1,10-phenanthroline ligands participate.Sample fluorescence spectra show that at a wavelength of about 365 nm UV excitation,the sample emits red light at 620 nm peak around.Introducing a second ligand greatly enhance the emission intensity of europium complexes.(2)Change ligand complex position change fluorescence excitation peak and emission peak has little effect,but have a greater impact on the complex fluorescence intensity.Effect of substituents on different systems to change in the fluorescence properties of complexes is not exactly the same,but the results showed that the fluorescence intensity of the basic or complex with the ligand substituents to enhance the electronic power increases.(3)the introduction of yttrium,europium,dysprosium and other rare earth doped synthetic complexes(Eu: Dy / Y = 10: 0 to 1:9),and tested the complex infrared spectra and fluorescence properties.The study found that the complex powder doped with other rare earth ions remain after the emission of europium characteristic fluorescence.Dysprosium Yttrium europium complexes are to have a sensitizing effect.When the doping metal ions europium,dysprosium molar ratio of 8: 2 complexes maximum fluorescence intensity.And europium-doped yttrium metal ion molar ratio of 7: with the maximum fluorescence intensity was 3:00.(4)By performing a polyvinyl butyral(PVB)coating with complexes fluorescence enhancement.When seen by fluorescence spectroscopy with the content of the complex was 12%,ie PVB content of 88% when the light-emitting properties of the most obvious enhancement.By increasing the amount of the drug experiments show that increasing the amount of PVB,can not enhance the emission intensity of the complex,and complexes by grinding,since the particles become smaller,so that the fluorescence decrease.
