Preparation of functional nanofibrous membranes by electrospinning has become one of important research contents in the world.This study is to make the nanofibrous membranes of PVA/pullulan/rutin with property of ultraviolet protection and gelatin/pullulan tissue engineering scaffolds.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and stress tester were used to character the surface morphology of membranes,the interaction of constituent and the mechanical properties.The property of ultraviolet protection were analysed by UV tester based on the Chinese standard of GB/T 18830-2009.The crystallinity of gelatin/pullulan nanofiber before and after crosslinked were analysed by XRD.The results are as follows.1.The diameters of PVA/pullulan nanofibers became large with the increasing of the concentration of solutions.The improvement of weight ratios of PVA can improve the formation and the diameters of PVA/pullulan fibers.The stress of PVA/pullulan membranes were weaken but the strain were enhanced with the increasing of weight ratios of pullulan at the same total concentration.2.Rutin can improve the property of ultraviolet protection evidently and make effect on the other property of the PVA/pullulan/rutin nanofibers.The non-water-soluble made influence on the morphology of PVA/pullulan/rutin nanofibers,the results of SEM showed that the diameter of the fibers become biger and the uniformity of diameter become bad with increasing of weight ratios of rutin.When the weight ratios of rutin was under 5.67%,rutin can improve the strain of membranes while it was over 5.67%,the strain of membranes were weaken.The results of UV tester showed that when the weight ratios of rutin was over 4.46%,the transmissivity of UVA and UVB were under 5%,the anti ultraviolet coefficient was over 40,which could be called “Anti UV products”.3.The nanofibers of galatin/pullulan have excellent morphology and uniform diameter.There was interaction occured between gelatin and pullulan caused by hydrogens.The strain of gelatin/pullulan membranes were enhanced with the increasing weight ratios of gelatin,but the strain was weaken.4.The best cosslinked condition is that the gelatin/pullulan membranes were crosslinked by the vapor of 50% glutaraldehyde(6ml)and alcohol(24ml)blend solution for 3 days.After crosslinked,the morphology and structure were kept.After crosslinked,the reaction between free amino acid of gelatin and aldehyde of glutaraldehyde formed imines,the reactiom between oxhydryl of pullulan and aldehyde of glutaraldehyde is aldolization.The crystallinity of the nanofibers has no change after crosslinked.The stress of crosslinked membranes were enhanced evidently,and the strain descended rapidly.So,when the weight ratios of rutin are over4.46%,the PVA/pullulan/rutin nanofibrous membranes have excellent property of ultraviolet protection which can be called“Anti UV products”.The crosslinked gelatin/pullulan nanofibrous membranes have great properties,so,which can be estimated to have good application prospect as the materials of tissue engineering scaffold.
