Study On The Preparation And Properties Of Self Lubricating Coating On The Galvanized Sheet

Mold donot need to be coated with lubricating oil,when self lubricating coating on galvanized sheet is used.Self lubricating coating on galvanized sheet has been widely applied in many fields.In order to prepare environmental self lubricant fluid,optimize process parameters of forming film and evaluate the performance of lubricating coating on galvanized sheet,in this paper,composition of self lubricating fluid,process parameters of lubricating treatment on galvanized sheet and performance of lubricating coating is studied.The main contents are as follows.The effects of forming material,lubricant,coupling agent and inorganic salt with different dosage and kinds on the properties of the coating's lubrication,corrosion resistance,fingerprint and so on were studied.Self lubricating fluid solid content and viscosity and other physical and chemical indicators were tested.The best composition of self lubricant fluid is 20 g acrylic emulsion,2g oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion,2g coupling agent,1g K2ZrF6,0.5g silica sol.Self lubricant fluid's solid content is44.97% and viscosity is 23.24 s.Self lubricating fluid at different pH,different curing time,different curing temperature form different coating.Lubricating and electrochemical properties of different coatings was studied.The friction coefficient and the corrosion current as the evaluation index,optimal process parameters was as following: pH is 5,curing time is 150 s,curing temperature is 140?.Through self lubricant curing obtained self lubricating coating,the corrosion resistance of the coating were tested by electrochemical test and salt spray test.The coating on the surface morphology,composition,lubrication performance,fingerprint resistance,heat resistance,adhesion and impact resistance were tested by the metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analyzer(EDS)test.The results show that the average friction coefficient of self lubricating coating was 0.1477.It was better than Galvanized sheet.The self lubricating coating can form homogeneously on the surface of the galvanized sheet.The coating is composed of C,Si,O and Zn.It has excellent fingerprints resistance.The heat resistance color grade of the self lubricating coating is 0 grade.The adhesion of the self lubricating coating is 1 grade.The self lubricating coating can not damage under theimpact of 50 cm.Its corrosion potential is-1.11 V,corrosion current density is0.6?A·cm-2,polarization resistance is 23148?·cm2.Its corrosion area is 5%,after 72 h neutral salt spray test.By infrared analysis,silicon can form chemical bond with carbon and oxygen,and form cross-linked film with resin.Finally,the formation mechanism of the self lubricating coating is analyzed.
