When moving parts such as bearings are in motion,friction between the parts will inevitably occur,and friction between the metals will cause serious abrasion of the moving parts,greatly reducing the life of the moving parts.In the marine environment,corrosive medias such as Cl-and H2O will cause serious corrosion of metal parts,which will aggravate the failure of mechanical parts.The application of organic-inorganic composite self-lubricative coating with corrosion resistance can form a sliding lubricating film on the surface of the component to reduce the friction.The hydrophobic organic binder cooperated with the inorganic filler to form a dense coating to block the erosion of the substrate and prolong the corrosion by the corrosive medium.In addition,the sliding film formed by the composite coating on the surface of the component can even avoid metal-to-metal friction under extreme loading.As far as the domestic market is concerned,the production and application of self-lubricating coatings with corrosion resistance mostly depend on imports.Although domestic research and development of corrosion resistance and wear resistant coatings in the laboratory have been effective,but the process is too complicated.Industrialization cannot be achieved for various reasons such as high cost.Based on the premise of large scale production and industrial application,this paper explored the coating composition under the existing conditions of the laboratory.Through the tests of mechanical properties and frictional properties of the coating,the optimal properties of coatings were determined.Furthermore,the thermal performance and corrosion resistance of coatings were tested and evaluated.In this paper,the epoxy resin and epoxy modified silicone resin are acted as the matrix binder,and the fillers are graphite,silicon carbide and polytetrafluoroethylene.The coating was prepared by simple and flexible mechanical grinding method,and a solid self-lubricating coating with corrosion resistance was obtained on the Q235 metal substrate by the air spraying.The preparation process of the coating was simple,and the whole process of coatings took a short time to meet the industrial production conditions.Firstly,when the mass ratio of epoxy resin and epoxy-modified silicone resin is 6:4,the adherence strength and toughness of binder are the best,and the contact angle of binder is 100° that appears hydrophobic.Using graphite and silicon carbide as a single filler to explore the role of the two in friction.The results showed that lamellar graphite helps improve the lubricity of resin binder,and the friction coefficient is reduced from 0.65 to 0.37,but the wear resistance of the coating is worse.The single-component silicon carbide reduces the scratch depth of binder resin from 39 ?m to 11 ?m.The addition of silicon carbide can effectively improve the wear resistance of coating,but it will reduce the self-lubricating performance of coating.On the basis of the above-mentioned single filler experiment,graphite and silicon carbide are added as a filler in cooperation.The experimental results show that the lubricity and wear resistance of binder resin are both improved.Among them,EP48G20SiC32 coating has the best friction performance with the friction coefficient of 0.36 and the scratch depth of 14 ?m.In order to further improve the frictional performance of coating,polytetrafluoroethylene was added on the basis of the synergistic process of graphite and silicon carbide.The research results show that the three fillers have a good synergistic effect and the frictional performance are significantly improved.Among them,EP48G15SiC24PTFE13 coating has the best friction performance,the coating has a friction coefficient of 0.07,and the friction coefficient fluctuates little and quickly reaches a stable state,the scratch of coating is 9 ?m,so the wear resistance of coating is improved.The coating has a significant shielding effect on the external corrosive medium,and can ensure that the substrate is not rusted in a long-term corrosive environment.At the same time,the coating was tested for heat resistance,and it is found that the coating can be used for a long time at 250?.Therefore,a composite coating with excellent corrosion resistance,wear resistance and selflubricating properties is finally obtained.
