With the development of industries,high temperature resistant and anticorrosive coatings in metallurgical,petrochemical,energy,new materials,military industry and other fields has been widely used.The epoxy modified silicone resin has excellent heat resistance and anticorrosive commonly used for high temperature resistant anticorrosive coatings binders.adding a special fillers to improve its high temperature resistant anticorrosive performance have become the focus in the high temperature resistant anticorrosive coatings.Organic silicone oligomer was prepared by the hydrolysis of three siloxanes.The results showed that the silane silicon ratio is 1.44,Ph/R is 0.2,water consumption is80%,the amount of HCl is 0.76%,the product is taken by the vacuum distillation.the solid content is above 58.63%,the ethoxy content is 1.96.Using the epoxy resin E-44 modified silicone oligomer,the optimization conditions as follows: the proportion of epoxy resin and silicone oligomer is 50:50,reaction temperature is 170 ?,catalyst account for 1.5% of the total resin,solvent dosage is 50%,the regular performance and high temperature resistant performance of the synthetic resin is the best.The influence degree of various factors to the high temperature resistant performance of modified resin is A?the ratio of silicone oligomer and epoxy resin?> C?temperature?> B?catalyst dosage?.Synthesized under the product of optimal formula is the pale yellow,transparent and uniform epoxy modified silicone resin,the solid content is 73%.Infrared spectrum analysis shows that the epoxy resin has access to the silicone oligomer skeleton.Using the epoxy modified silicone as the parent metal,we developed a kind of thermostable anticorrosion coating by adding High temperature resistant paint SiC fine powder,glass flake,and so on.The results show that the coating of the optimal formula as follows: The phosphating method was adopted to pre process the test piece,the pigment and filler grinding time is 30 min,dispersion time is 60 min,and thethickness of the film was about 150 ? m.pigment binder ratio is 1.25,SiC fine powder is 7%,glass flake is 7%,mSiO2:?mTiO2 + mSiO2?is 23%,mica powder is8%,talcum powder is 4%,coupling agent is 3.6% and curing agent is 6%,organic silicon resin content of the modified resin is 50%.The high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating has excellent brushing,adhesion,mechanical properties,400 ?high temperature testing meet the national standard “pains and vernishes-Determination of heat resistance”?GB1735-2009?,anti-corrosion performance in line with the requirements of middle C5-I of GB/T 30790.6 2014.
