The coating with main materials, boron modified phenolic resin is developed in this paper. It also includes some rust-preventive pigments and fillers such as titania, aluminum phosphate, talcum powder and barium sulfate. By dipping in sodium chloride solution, heat-resistant experiment, salt spray test and thermo gravimetric analysis, it can be concluded that this coating has high decomposition temperature. By EIS and IR experiment, the changes of component and resistance of the organic coating with different temperature in high temperature are discussed. The result show that this coating has excellent heat resistance and good anti-corrosive properties, and can be used to the circumstance at 200 ℃.Besides the coating above, another coating with main materials, epoxy-silicone is studied. Such pigments and fills as titania, aluminum phosphate, talcum powder and ferric oxide are used in this coating. By thermo gravimetric analyisis, EIS, IR and SEM experiment, the changes of component, resistance and surface of the coating with different...
