Mountain torrent disaster is a more common natural disasters,with sudden strong,affecting a wide range of regional differences and other characteristics.Liaoning Province is prone to river flooding,mudslides and landslides and other flood disasters,Liaoning Province to carry out distribution of mountain flood risk zoning analysis and research for the real-time dynamic control in Liaoning Province mountain torrents disaster-prone areas to reduce personnel and property losses and mountain flood forecasting and early warning to provide some technical support.Based on the history of mountain flood in Liaoning Province and years of meteorological and hydrological data,based on the correlation analysis,wavelet analysis,linear analysis,moving average and other methods of Liaoning Province all types of mountain flood disaster loss distribution and the distribution of various types of mountain flood respectively analysis,according to the natural geographical environment,in conjunction with rainfall topography obtained on the basis of Liaoning Province torrent risk partition.The results obtained are as follows:(1)Liaoning Province,mountain torrents disaster type is complete,River floods,mudslides and landslides have occurred,there are two or more of the same type of integrated disaster when disaster strikes.The outbreak of the province average frequency of flood disasters has gradually decreasing from southeast to northwest trend.Disaster losses and damage caused by mountain torrent disaster in the plain area greater than Mountainous Areas.In the mountain flood conditions substantially the same,the number of deaths is declining,increasing economic losses.Within a certain range,the higher the frequency of Mountain torrents disaster,property damage and casualties will be.(2)Various types of mountain torrent disaster in Liaoning province occurred in the eastern and western mountains.Landslides and mudslides in 80 years after the outbreak of frequency and growing trend,there were about 5 years and 3 years or so cycle,the parameters of the distribution close to normal;River floods in different regions at different time scales are vary.Yalu River,Liuhe,Daling and the downstream of Liaohe River is the growth trend,Daling and Liaohe River in summer the maximum water level were higher than in spring and autumn.All primary cycle basins ranged from 25 to 28 years,the presence of some river basins in the segment portion of the cycle times,cycle times are in the range between 15 to 17 years.(3)Liaoning Province high mountain flood prone areas are mainly distributed in the southeast of Liaoning province extends to the southwest.Mountain-prone areas are widely distributed in the hills and mountains areas east and west sides,the main types of disasters to River flood.Dalian,Anshan,Fushun,Benxi,Yingkou,Dandong,Chaoyang and Huludao are the focus of Mountain torrent disaster prevention areas.Fushun special focus on the type of flood disaster,Chaoyang River floods and mudslides focus on prevention,Huludao focused on prevention of debris flow and landslides.
