With the rapid development of the industry in our country, especially the development of the current part containing blast furnace chimney industry, these industries cause serious pollution to our air. Because the cost of current blast furnace stack effluents and air quality detection products is high investment, single function and field construction difficult situation,this dissertation will use stack emissions detection as a research starting point and use the technology of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) to design a set of chimney emissions, which provide technical support for the relevant departments of enterprises emissions monitoring and environmental protection.Based on the analysis of Stack Effluents detection system demand, the overall design scheme is put forward in this dissertation and this dissertation research content is divided into the following four sections: data acquisition system, wireless data transmission section,Unmanned aerial vehicle carrying section, PC client data processing section. The hardware design of this dissertation mainly includes three parts: gas sensor detection, particle dust sensor detection and wireless data transmission. Unmanned aerial vehicle using a self-assembly method to assemble a four- rotor UAV delivery system. PC client implementation is to receive the data signal acquisition system, and then receive the signal to be processed in the form of curves and text to display and save the data in real time.Finally, each module of this paper and the overall function test, including verification and analysis results show that the sensor data acquisition, wireless communication, PC,expected stack emissions has reached the requirements of UAV detection system. In this system, the practicability and portability will be useful in the detection of environmental protection.
