With the rapid economic development and accelerate the pace of social modernization, heavy metal pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, these problems not only seriously affect human life, but also limits the development of society. Therefore, to find efficient solutions to solve pollution problem of heavy metal pollution has become a popular aspect of scientific research. Now all the plants, algae has these advantage, such as fast propagation of these unique natural conditions and environmental friendliness,it becoming excellent biosorbents to handle heavy metal pollution of water bodies an excellent material. In this study, Chlorella vulgaris was used to investigate the effect of environmental factors,by using Design-Expert7.0.0 Trail software for analysis of environmental conditions on growth, such as pH, temperature and concentration, by studying Chlorella vulgaris of adsorption rate on adsorption of cadmium and biomass of Chlorella vulgaris, in order to determine the optimum conditions for their growth and Chlorella vulgaris physiological and biochemical characteristics under Cd2+ stress, and to explore the physiological and biochemical indices of cadmium?Cd? on the growth. The results are as follows:?1? To improve the Cd2+ biosorption efficiency and biomass of Chlorella, the optimal combination is 29.14 ? in temperature, 6.67 in pH and concentration of Cd2+ in 30.74?mol/L. At this condition, the biomass and biosorption efficiency of Chlorella are relatively high, respectively, 85.2% and 0.71g/L.?2? When the concentration of Cd2+ is 30?mol/L, Chlorella vulgaris grows better, and higher than the group. It showed that the right amount of Cd2+ can promote the growth of Chlorella vulgaris, while Cd2+ concentration exceeds 30?mol/L or less than 30?mol/L will inhibit the growth of Chlorella.?3?Cd2+ significantly increased the concentrations of the contents of protein, soluble sugar and Chlorophyll at the Cd2+ concentration of 30?mol/L,while below this concentration or above this concentration, the content of the indicators are not as good as 30?mol/L. Different concentrations of Cd2+ on the line with them: it is presented first and then drop down "U" trend with increasing Cd2+ content.?4? With the increasing concentration of Cd2+, the content of MDA increased gradually, while the activity of SOD and the content of H2O2 increased gradually then reduce.
