Affected by the impact of the current economic situation in the doldrums,the mining industry economic depression is well known.And It is a big problem that people need to solve is how to continue to do well in such a difficult situation,ensure the orderly production and obtain benefit.In the process of exploiting mineral resources,the management of mine ventilation system input is larger,so to do well in the control of ventilation energy consumption,will effectively reduce the cost of ore mining investment,it has an important significance for the production of mining enterprises.For mine ventilation energy consumption problem,the papper outlines the research background and significance,and puts forward the overall train of thought and research method.And then analyses the distribution of energy consumption of mine ventilation,the distribution of underground ventilation energy consumption of systematic investigation and introduce the 3D simulation system software function and how to use mine ventilation 3D simulation software to do digital simulation in mine ventilation system.Then import the natural wind pressure,the mine ventilation resistance,the fan running and other factors into the software.Comprehensive analyses the situation of ventilation energy consumption under the common action of various factors.After detailed research and discussion on energy distribution and energy consumption software simulation,this paper puts forward the main solutions to the main energy consumption points in the process of air flow.In view of the ventilation system of a large gently inclined tungsten mine in Yunnan,the 3D simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the energy consumption of the air flow in the underground mine,and the effective technical measures are put forward.At the end of this paper,do some of the summary,and put forward the prospect.Hope that the mining enterprises to better adapt to the current economic situation in the field of mine ventilation management and capital investment.The innovation of this paper is to Analysis from the angle of energy consumption of ventilation of the problem of too much space in the underground mining area,the destruction of the roadway and the energy of ventilation can not be effectively concentrated in the process of mining,through the software to simulate the virtual roadway and put forward effective measures to optimize the adjustment.It is of reference value to similar mines.In the optimization process,the chamber type air blower is used to solve the problem of the underground air series connection,and the energy consumption is minimized.
