Study On The Performance Evaluation Of China’s Coal Listed Companies Under The Background Of Economic Downturn

In the double downturn of the coal market and the economic environment,the influence of some enterprises is relatively small,and the influence of some enterprises is relatively large.Coal enterprises before encountering the "cold" period of the coal enterprise and troubled,and in the "new normal" economy environment of coal enterprises,which is of good performance,which needs reform of enterprises,through the evaluation of the coal business performance of listed companies can be well reflected.At the same time,due to the recovery of the coal industry in 2016,there are signs of recovery.Therefore,the coal listed companies are divided into three periods,the study of business performance for each representative period,can not only find the business short board of coal enterprises,but also in various indicators of winter period the characteristics of effective evaluation of enterprises,from the aspects of looking into business performance advantages and shortage.Therefore,the coal listed companies in accordance with the "golden development period" in 2011,"the rapid downturn" in 2015 and "long recovery period" in 2016 of the three periods were divided,respectively on the scores of the comprehensive performance factor of current China’s coal market operating performance with the evaluation research.So,based on the analysis of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen two city of coal listed company’s annual report,according to the data of 35 coal enterprises in 2011-2016 years of corporate annual reports,based on the previous research literature,summarize and select the best,combined with the current research methods,13 selected financial indicators to represent business performance.With the economic downturn were analyzed.By using the method of factor analysis factor analysis found that the comprehensive performance of the total score summary that scores of 2011 and 2016 is better than 2015 "conclusion,at the same time in order to combine with the current economic downturn environment to better explain the current operating performance of the coal listed companies in 2011,2015 and 2016 for three years the performance score results again by cluster analysis,the 35 listed companies in the evaluation of the strength,divided into class and mature enterprises,points out their existing enterprises such as power by low market impact,many problems in enterprises"transformation "misunderstanding and dynamic mature late development of enterprises strong specific problems.Chose to include business index,growth index,debt indicators and profitability indicators,four indicators of comprehensive analysis,so as to the further research on the existing in the current environment of China’s coal enterprises operating performance and ability,growth and other issues,put forward the corresponding suggestion.
