As an important production support system,the stability and reliability of the mine ventilation system has a very important significance on the production safety.Timely adjust and improve the ventilation system based on the changes of coal mining is a prerequisite to ensure that they meet the production requirements.If manual solution was used,then the optimization of mine ventilation system might be a difficult and time consuming task,also the calculated accuracy error is big,so it is difficult to provide satisfactory results;After the system is in use,it will face a series of problems,such as the high running costs,the inconsistent production status and optimized design,etc.While the efficient ventilation simulation software is a good solution to these challenges.This paper takes a certain lead-zinc-silver mine as the background.This mine is an integrated mine with more tunnels connected to the ground,the number of its levels is large,also its mine ventilation network is not perfect,so the mine ventilation has become the weak link of its safety production.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the field investigation and determination of the present situation of mine ventilation,the author gathered and analyzed the data collected,determined the existing problems of this system,which lay a good foundation for the further optimization program.(2)The optimization program of the ventilation system was drawn up;According the selection and processing of the relevant information,three-dimensional solution model was established;The network solutions for multiple programs were conducted in order to extract the key data;Through the technological-economic feasibility analysis,the optimal plan was determined.(3)A timing division on the selected program was carried out with the use of phase properties,in order to determine the construction sites and species of the underground structures at different times;Meanwhile,the corresponding adjustments of the blade angles of the main fan were also made;Finally,the detailed cost status of this system was approved.(4)The application of analytic hierarchy process in the optimization of optimization programs of ventilation system was introduced.The results showed that,the Ventsim mine three-dimensional ventilation software can effectively solve a series of problems that exist in the underground ventilation of this mine.Through the stage division of the network system,the actual combat can be extremely closed to,so as to provide a precise ventilation system operation scheme for the mine;In the economic optimization module of this software,the tunnel that with optimizing value can be quickly screened out,thus to ensure the selected program can achieve the optimal economy;Based on the system changes,the flexible adjustments of the settings of structures and the main fan operation were conducted,which greatly solve the ventilation system's dynamic auxiliary for production requirements.The Ventsim software's strong ability to solve the problems of mine ventilation can be found through practice,thus this software is worth to be used widely in mining enterprises;For construction of ventilation systems of extra narrow veins,the level air return network(the level's upper part and lower part are spaced)should be the key to the effectiveness of the system;In view of the goal of ventilation system optimization,the designers should also focus on the detailed stage division of this system.
