Micro zeolite due to its high specific surface area,the rules of the channel,good hydrothermal stability and shape-selective excellent properties,such as in the oil industry as catalyst or catalyst carrier,widely used in the refining process and petrochemical and other related industries.But because of its own limits,the smaller aperture,for large molecules is bad for the mass transfer and diffusion,limits its application in the field of catalysis.Mesoporous molecular sieves(MMS)compared with micro Kong Feishi,has more than the surface,its aperture is bigger also,provide a favorable space for organic macromolecular reaction,its shape-selective also increased significantly,has the very good advantage in the petroleum chemical industry production.But the disadvantages of the mesoporous molecular sieve is its low acidity and hydrothermal stability affected its catalytic performance,limits the application in the field of catalysis.Therefore,if you can create both micro Kong Feishi acid and shape-selective characteristics and excellent for mesoporous molecular sieve pore size and specific surface area of the new zeolite materials,in the relevant industrial production will have great application prospect.But the disadvantages of the mesoporous molecular sieve is its low acidity and hydrothermal stability affected its catalytic performance,limits the application in the field of catalysis.Therefore,if you can create both micro Kong Feishi acid and shape-selective characteristics and excellent for mesoporous molecular sieve pore size and specific surface area of the new zeolite materials,in the relevant industrial production will have great application prospect.But the disadvantages of the mesoporous molecular sieve is its low acidity and hydrothermal stability affected its catalytic performance,limits the application in the field of catalysis.Therefore,if you can create both micro Kong Feishi acid and shape-selective characteristics and excellent for mesoporous molecular sieve pore size and specific surface area of the new zeolite materials,in the relevant industrial production will have great application prospect.SAPO-11(AEL)is a three-dimensional frame structure,pore structure is composed of non cross elliptical ring ten yuan,the acidity and traditional zeolite are quite different.SAPO-11,with its unique pore structure and adjustable acidity,in is alkanes isomerization reaction with high activity and selectivity,which is one of the best catalyst selectivity and stability.In this paper,by means of hydrothermal synthesis of SAPO-11 molecular sieves,the synthesis temperature changes,such as raw material,the crystallization time,discusses the influence of different factors on the reaction products.In this paper,by using the quasi thin diaspore as raw material,using cheap diethylamine as template agent,and the commonly used two normal propyl amine(DPA),diisopropylamine compared(DIPA)as the template agent,synthesis of SAPO-11 molecular sieve has a larger specific surface and entrance.SAPO-34 the SAPO molecular sieve is a series of microporous structure one of silicon aluminium phosphate molecular sieve,SAPO-34 molecular sieve surface acidity is appropriate,has the good heat/water thermal stability,has good selectivity to ethylene and propylene,methanol to olefins(MTO)reaction is one of the best catalyst,methanol to olefins is a typical gas-solid heterogeneous reaction,when SAPO-34 molecular sieve as catalyst,molecular sieve pore is the carbon deposit,due to the internal and external diffusion resistance and strong exothermic characteristics of methanol to olefins reaction itself,resulting in catalyst deactivation quickly,single life is very short,also used in the synthesis of high-performance SAPO-34 molecular sieve template agent four ethyl hydroxide Huaer amine is expensive.Improve the catalytic performance of SAPO-34 molecular sieve and reduce template agent cost is the problem to be solved.Is an important way to solve by changing the molecular sieves synthesis conditions such as ratio of raw material,temperature,change the kinds of template agent,looking for the high performance of SAPO-34 catalyst.This paper is dedicated to seeking cheap template agent mixed with diethylamine,quasi thin diaspore as aluminum source,phosphoric acid as the phosphorus source,silica sol as the silica source,using conventional hydrothermal synthesis method,the synthetic conditions,synthesis with high specific surface,larger mesoporous molecular sieve aperture and the entrance of SAPO-34,and characterization of the molecular sieve SAPO-34.
