In the paper, the population health effect on five target pollutants in N ingyang Chemical Industrial Park and the surrounding deep karst fissure groundwater in four kinds of exposure pathways has been evaluated by using the method of health risk assessment. It determined the value of risk control of pollutants in the study area and provided a theoretical basis for groundwater pollution management and next groundwater remediation work of N ingyang Chemical Industrial Park. The mail results of research are as follows:(1)Through monitoring the observation point in the study area, nitrite, dioctyl phthalate resin, PC Bs, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride were determined as the target pollutants and were conducted a traceability analysis.(2)Conducting health risk assessment in the study area and analyzing the evaluation results, it is showed as follow: There are nine groundwater monitoring sites in the study area.and the number of monitoring sites in which carcinogenic risk of carbon tetrachloride exceeds the acceptable cancer risk level is 9, including five in industrial land, 4 in residential land. There are 3 observation points exceeding the acceptable cancer risk level of polychlorinated biphenyls carcinogenic risk, including one in industrial land, 2 in residential land. Phthalate dioctyl carcinogenic risk levels are within the acceptable range. The number of observation points in which non-carcinogenic hazard quotient of Carbon tetrachloride is unacceptable amount to 9. There is only one observation point(in industrial land) in which non-carcinogenic hazard quotient of chloroform exceeds the acceptability. Non-carcinogenic hazard quotient of nitrite and phthalic acid methyl dioctyl are within the acceptable range in each monitoring point. In sum, the cancer risk levels of carbon tetrachloride and PCBs are unacceptable in the study area and the non-carcinogenic hazard quotient of carbon tetrachloride and chloroform exceeds the acceptability.(3)According to the unacceptable risk level and the risk distribution of cancer risk and non-carcinogenic hazard of the target pollutants in the study area, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, polychlorinated biphenyls were orderly determined to need to control risk level for protecting human health in the study area.(4)After calculating the risk control value of carbon tetrachloride, polychlorinated biphenyls, chloroform, risk control values in the industrial zone were determined as follows: risk control value of polychlorinated biphenyls is 0.03 ? g/L, risk control value of chloroform 60 ?g/L, risk control value of carbon tetrachloride 0.91 ?g/L; in residential land, risk control value of polychlorinated biphenyls, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride is 0.0273 ?g/L, 23 ?g/L and 0.41 ?g/L respectively.
