| Furnace is one of the major hot-rolled workshop equipment, more than 70 percent of its energy consumption by energy furnace is an important energy-consuming equipment rolling mill. Regenerative furnace can burn low calorific value gas, high combustion efficiency,waste heat recovery, less pollutant emissions, the furnace temperature uniformity, etc. widely promoted and applied in China. Currently, most regenerative furnace with blast furnace gas as the main fuel, coke oven gas mixing section. As the steel production process, the production of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas by-products are often fluctuations occur, to achieve maximum blast furnace gas and coke oven gas utilization, it is necessary regenerative continuous heating fuel under different conditions of furnace thermal properties were studied.The study not only can effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace and reduce energy consumption, but also for continuous regenerative furnace design, operation and control of thermal provide theoretical guidance.In this paper, a rolling mill, Tangshan Iron and Steel Company filled ball regenerative continuous reheating furnace for the object, the regenerator and continuous furnace as a whole to consider, study the heat transfer process of filling the ball regenerative continuous reheating furnace, the establishment of Gray closed cavity radiation heat transfer model and computer program developed using MATLAB language, the simulation results with the measured data of the furnace is very consistent. In this model, based on the study of the influence of the operating parameters of structural parameters constant regenerative continuous reheating furnace filled ball on the stove production targets. It follows:(1)The furnace gas temperature of regenerative heating furnace, furnace wall temperature, billet tapping temperature and billet cross-section temperature will be rising with the fuel value rising under the same fuel ratio.(2)When the optimal fuel ratio of regenerative heating furnace is 0.5:0.4:0.1, billet tapping temperature will meet the production requirement that is lowest temperature difference and highest billet quality, the optimal fuel ratio won’t change with productivity and fuel.(3)When the blast furnace gas content reduces to 90% from 100%,the fuel value will increase and the optimum excess air coefficient will reduce.on the optimum excess air coefficient condition,the specific heat consumption of regenerative heating furnace will be lowest.(4)With the productivity rising,the thermal load of regenerative heating furnace will increase and the specific heat consumption of it will reduce, they both has a linear relationship.(5)Within the scope of normal production of heating furnace,the general formula between the productivity P of regenerative heating furnace and thermal load Q and the specific heat consumption b is Q-Q0+KP and b-Q0/P+K respectively. |
