Tubular heating furnace is one of main equipments in refineries and petrochemical factories,and also a kind of usual firepower heating equipments in oil refining industries.It is usually that the thermal intensity in the furnace of usual tubular heating furnace is uneven.To solve this problem,this paper conceives of designing a new regenerative tubular heating furnace by use of high air temperature combustion to reach the aim of uniforming thermal intensity of furnace, energy saving and emission reduction.Firstly this paper introduces general structure and several usual patterns of tubular heating furnace and research status and its application of HTAC,and then elicits calculation formula of efficiency of tubular heating furnace,and discusses impacting factors on it particularly,which can provide theory basis for energy saving reconstruction of heating furnace.Then thermal calculation is done on reconstructed heating furnace by use of mended boiler calculation method and it educes the amount of fuel which can meet heating load under different preheated air temperature,flue gas temperature in hearth outlet and adiabatic combustion temperature.Calculation result shows that the higher the preheated air temperature is,the lower the amount of fuel is,the lower the flue gas temperature in hearth outlet and adiabatic combustion temperature is.At the same time a pilot bench is built to research the influence of different switching time on longitudinal temperature distribution and efficiency of regenerative body,heat transfer and resistance characteristics of regenerative body,temperature changing law in hearth with different switching time and combusting flame's changing situation with different preheated air temperature.
