As a kind of advanced seamless processing technology,Ring rolling technology with its low hardware equipment,high efficiency,energy saving,material saving and other significant characteristics,is widely used in automobiles,ships,metallurgy,chemical industry,aerospace and other fields of high precision forming process.Due to the ring rolling process and rolling characteristics of its own,which make it unstable in the ring rolling process.Making precise rolling ring stable become a difficult problem.Therefore,The research of the deflection of ring vibration optimization system to realize the stability of the ring rolling is of important theoretical and practical value.Based on the ring rolling theory,the deflection of problem in the process of ring rolling was studied in this paper.Then we get the main influencing factors the deflection of the ring and stable rolling method.For the deflection of ring rolling ring rolling optimization method,through finite element analysis software ABAQUS kernel Python language automatically optimize script file is put forward to realize the automatic optimization of the deflection of ring rolling.The main research work and achievements as follows:1.According to the ring rolling theory and the results of the predecessors' research,choose the appropriate ring rolling stability evaluation method as the evaluation methods of the study.According to the principle of volume in the process of rolling ring,as the coordinate origin at the center of the ring geometrical design to guide roller in ring rolling process.2.Regard predecessors' guide roller in the study of operation optimization method as the foundation,with its guide roller speed as the initial conditions,with the operation of the guide roller speed coefficient as control variables,set up to guide roller speed optimization of guide roller path optimization method.3.Based on ABAQUS kernel language Python,write the script of modeling,analysis and optimization of rolling ring file,we can realize the automatic optimization of rolling ring.4.Fuzzy algorithm is adopted to establish the fuzzy equation optimize the guide roller speed,satisfies the deflection of the center of the ring volume optimization condition.5.Compare before and after the automatic optimization of the deflection and stress of ring rolling process,which can verify the correctness of the optimization process.
