China is not only the world's leading producer and consumer of coal, but also is a major source of Primary energy. Environmental pollution caused by coal-based power production is a constraint in the development of China's power industry. Coal combustion exhaust gas containing soot, sulfur dioxide(SO2), nitrogen oxides(NO_X)and carbon dioxide(CO2) and other pollutants matter and greenhouse gases, which has caused serious environmental problems and is important issues of sustainable economic development to be solved. Wuan 300 MW Unit New denitrification can effectively reduces nitrogen oxide emissions.Firstly, the denitration technology roadmap were demonstrated and comparative and determine that the SNCR process is suitable Wuan plant flue gas denitrification technology, and determine the use of urea as a reducing agent SNCR denitration project. Taking SNCR denitration rehabilitation programs, static investment estimated at about 21.74 million yuan, the unit cost about 36.23 yuan /kW. Annual utilization time 5000 h conditions, engineering Annual operating costs of about 14.663 million yuan, an increase of power generation costs of about 0.00489 yuan / k Wh. After denitration transformation can reduce NO_X emissions of about1780 tons per year and reduce emissions cost about 1.124 million yuan, significant environmental benefits.Secondly, experimental study is done after denitration system put into operation. the system main factors about denitration efficiency was studied, in order to find the best denitration system optimization operating parameters. The concentration of the reducing agent, the reducing agent injection amount ratio, the reducing agent injection pressure, atomizing air pressure and other parameters will be specially studied. There is a big impact on the concentration of reducing denitration system optimization run. With the urea concentration increased, NO_X emissions are increasing after the first decrease, the denitration efficiency is reduced after the first increase. Because three separates of Wuan power plants have a deviation,within each separator reducing the ratio of different ways to optimize the operation of denitration system exists affected. With # 2 splitter increase the amount of reducing agent injection, NO_X emissions are increasing after the first decrease,the denitration efficiency is reduced after the first increase. Because Muan power plant denitration using compressed air spray gun, so the reducing agent injection pressure and atomization air pressure on both denitration system optimization run affected. With the increase of injection pressure, NO_X emission values increased after the first decrease, the denitration efficiency is reduced after the first increase.
