Measurement And Analysis System Of Jet Flow Concentration Field Based On Chemiluminescence Solution As A Tracer

Chemiluminescence is a kind of optical radiation along with the chemical reaction,and it contains information of light source that has high sensitivity and can be captured by camera without additional light source.With convenient operation and lower price,it can be easily promoted and used.Based on the advantages of chemiluminescence above,this article intends to systematically study the feasibility of chemiluminescence solution as tracer of jet flow,and explore a new kind of laboratory test method of concentration field of jet flow which can obtain integral information of instantaneous concentration field without contacting and interference.The main work is as follows.(1)Optimization selection and calibration of chemiluminescence system.The chemiluminescence system of peroxyoxalate is selected to explore the feasibility of peroxyoxalate acting as tracer of jet flow.The influence of the concentration of CPPO,RB,and H2O2 on luminous efficiency of the system should be respectively studied,so as to select chemiluminescence system as optimal experimental conditions of tracer.We also calibrate the chemiluminescence solution,that is to say,to confirm the transformational relation between the gray value of the image and concentration of the solution as tracer.(2)Experimental facilities and analysis system for diffusion of concentration field of jet flow.A set of experimental facility and analysis system was designed for studying the rule of diffusion of pollutant in concentration field of jet flow,which mainly contain three parts,facilities for flume experiment,facilities for jet flow experiment and image acquisition and image processing system.The design and development of image processing and analysis program mainly contains dialog box,recieve massages from camera and the control of camera.By using image the processing and analysis program we can obtain integral information of instantaneous concentration field without contacting and interference.(3)Study of experiment of concentration field diffusion of jet flow.First we carry out diffusion experiment by using RB as tracer to indicate that the system can quantitatively describe and analyze the characteristics of diffusion of concentration field of jet flow.Second we using the chemiluminescence solution as tracer of concentration field of jet flow,and the facility for image acquisition and image processing program are also used for capturing and analyzing the diffusion process of concentration field of jet flow with space-time dynamic changes.(4)The simulating experiments of concentration field of jet flow.This paper modeled jet diffusion by the CFD software of fluent.Realizable k-? model was applied to analyze the diffusion process of space-time changes of concentration field of jet flow which based on chemiluminescenc solution.the simulating experiments are conducted for establishing the feasibility and effectiveness of the laboratory results.
