Infrared textiles combine far infrared ceramic with textiles and they get great application and development,because they can promote blood circulation,regulate metabolism,reduce the degree of association of water molecules and improve cell functional activity.Emissivity and temperature rising are the most important factors in evaluating the infrared performance,so in order to better detect infrared textile emissivity and ensure better thermal infrared textile health effects,thereby further bring greater benefits to human society,the article studies some contents as following:The research studies on a method of measuring the emissivity of infrared textiles and designs an emissivity measuring equipment of infrared textile based on this method.According to the radiation thermometry principle,the device combines the independent blackbody method and the overall blackbody method by means of combining blackbody cavity and the flat heating source in order to make the temperature of blackbody cavity and infrared textile sample consistent.Then by an infrared radiation thermometer,temperature of blackbody cavity and infrared textile samples can be obtained and the emissivity is clear according to the definition of emissivity.The design of the infrared textile emissivity measuring equipment includes blackbody design,flat heating source design and the design of temperature controlling system.The blackbody cavity shape is designed for conical-cylindrical,made of copper with a cone angle of 120°.The cavity inner diameter is ?45mm and the cavity length is 225 mm with the wall coated with an emissivity of 0.95 diffuse reflective coating materials.The effective emissivity of the blackbody is calculated 0.998(after three decimal places).The flat heating source uses the same materials with blackbody cavity as copper and the diameter is 60 mm,thickness is 60 mm.The temperature controlling system uses adaptive fuzzy PID control to adjust the temperature,the temperature range can achieve 0 ?~ 100 ?,and the temperature stability is no more than ±0.05?/30 min.Two groups emissivity of infrared textile samples including unwashed and washed(10 times)are measured by experiments,when 37? two groups emissivity of unwashed and washed textiles were respectively 0.911 and 0.872,0.893 and 0.846;when 100 ? two groups emissivity of unwashed and washed textiles were respectively 0.883,0.928 and 0.935,0.874.
