In past molten steel measurements,the temperature measurement process is in a very bad environment,this is an environment in which normal material is generally intolerant.And this environment has very stringent requirements for temperature measuring products.At present,there are two main methods used in the measurement of molten steel temperature,one of them is contact type discontinuous temperature measurement including thermocouple temperature measurement,and the other one is on-line measuring temperature of molten steel.A temperature measuring instrument for molten steel based on the blackbody high temperature tube is developed here.It is an on-line measuring method.It has made moderate adjustments in all its aspects,and ultimately get more applicable to the performance of social needs.The content of this graduation design is shown as follows:Firstly,the structure of the blackbody high temperature tube and the interface between the tube and the optical fiber are designed.The interface structure is designed according to the infrared radiation principle and the material of the optical fiber interface for the effect of receiving infrared radiation from a blackbody and a reasonable temperature reduction.Secondly,according to the different functions of each module,the type of devices for each module is selected,the structure and circuit is designed for better stability and better handling.Thirdly,the blackbody-like characteristics of a blackbody heat resistant tube are estimated,functional tests on the optical signal and electrical signal processing part are performed.All the systems are connected together with the accuracy of each part meeting the desired accuracy.The temperature calibration is carried out in the range of 1100-1600 centigrade.The software is programmed in C using the MATLAB simulation function,and then imported into the microcontroller.Fourth,stability test is carried out.The accuracy of the design is analyzed.So as to know the graduation design to achieve technical indicators.This dissertation introduces the working principle of the system,hardware and software design process and algorithm based on hardware,the on-line temperature measuring system of molten steel based on high temperature resistant tube realizes the on-line and accurate temperature measurement of molten steel temperature,it is important in the industry nowadays,and it has extremely important practical significance to meet the social needs of the steel temperature field.
