There will be a lot of deformation bycrystals in the magnesium alloy sheet which was rolled, it brings very negative performance impact. After heat treatment of magnesium alloy sheet, then by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, tensile testing machine and X-ray diffraction, observing the microstructure, mechanical properties, diffraction peak width and texture of AZ31/AZ61 magnesium alloy sheet which was annealled under different conditions after rolled. The results showed that: There will be a lot of deformation bycrystals in the AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet which was rolled. Annealing in the 200?350? occurs reply recrystallization and then bycrystals disappeared; 240? annealing 1 h, the microstructure is the fine equiaxed grains, and the elongation rate reached 20.6%; After annealing, the tensile fracture surface is obviously tough, which is a typical ductile fracture. Rolling causes the stacking fault rate to rise, and in the X-ray diffraction spectrum width of the peak shape; Annealing causes the stacking fault rate to decrease and the elongation is promoted. Annealing can weaken the texture of AZ31 magnesium alloy. For AZ61 magnesium alloy, the best solution treatment technology was 380? for solid solution heat preservation 0.5h. The tensile strength, elongation and hardness of magnesium alloy will increase first and then decrease with the increase of time. The optimal aging treatment process is 200? for 24h, which can improve the strength of magnesium alloy and decrease the plasticity. The fracture morphology of the solid solution also showed a tough nest, and the morphology was more uniform after aging. While the solid solution and aging treatment can weaken the texture and strengthen the performance of magnesium alloy.
