| The dehydration of crude oil is a necessary procedure in an oil production. As the production stage of high water-bearing oil is arriving, the efficiency of the traditional dehydration is hard to be further improved. In view of the present research situation of electric dehydration power resource both home and abroad, and considering the need of electric dehydration in the laboratory of the oil field, an electric dehydration power supply equipment with high frequency pulse based on DSP is introduced to improve the performance-cost ratio in this thesis. The following research work has been carried out:First, the physic characteristic of crude oil and its emulsion are represented, then the dehydration principle is introduced with great emphasis. Also, different electric dehydration methods are introduced, especially the recently development at home and abroad.Second, the hardware and software of electric dehydration equipment are designed by utilizing power electronics, modern control techniques and DSP. The dehydration is based on the principle of electric pulse dehydration. This equipment can work at both variable-voltage and variable-frequency condition. It has such function as automatic duty cycle regulation, over current protection and over voltage protection.Third, the keyboard and display system of the dehydration power are designed. It can display the variable electric parameters of the crude oil during the dehydration, and it can also save and analyze the experiment data, which makes the dehydration research much more convenient.At last, the simulation analysis to the main circuit is carried on by the orCAD/PSpice software, the results of simulation are basically consistent with the designed requirements, meanwhile the debugging of control and display circuit is carried out. In the end of the thesis, flow charts of program are given. |
