With the rapid development of economy and the accelerated device of industrialization, urbanization device has been accelerated gradually in China. Therefore, the amount of domestic sewage produced by residents improved significantly. Domestic sewage in most areas havs many characteristics, such as great changes in quality and quantity, wide dispersion, difficult to Unified collection, etc. The sewage is referred to as decentralized sewage, which municipal pipe network cannot collect or difficultly flow into the municipal pipe network to be unified process. According to statistics, these decentralized sewage accounted for 30%-60% of the total amount of sewage in our country. Based on the national conditions of our country, It is an important measure to effectively government the decentralized sewage and improve the status of the national water pollution by developing the integrated sewage treatment equipment, which has the advantages of less land occupation, less investment, low operation cost, convenient operation and management, stable operation, etc. This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the integrated sewage treatment device at home and abroad and combines previous research data of experimental group, based on those raises that using A / O biological technology as the main body of the integrated sewage treatment equipment. A/O process is mainly using activated sludge to rid the pollutants in water by a series of reactions such as degradation. In this paper, the contact oxidation device was formed by adding suspended ball filler to the anaerobic pool and aerobic pool. Combined contact oxidation with activated sludge to form the AOBMR integrated sewage treatment equipment, which including a series of reaction such as microbial degradation of pollutants, nitrification and denitrification, sludge adsorption, sludge settling. The reactor consists of five pools, namely anaerobic pool, anaerobic sedimentation pool, aerobic pool, aerobic sedimentation pool, clean water tank. Studied under different conditions, the effect of AOBMR integrated equipment on sewage treatment, analyzing the mechanism of the device to remove contaminants and factors affecting the treatment effect. The experimental data is analyzed and sorted, determine the optimal operating conditions of the AOBMR integrated equipment.The integrated device adopts activated sludge as inoculum hanging membrane method. On the 24 th day of biofilm experiments monitoring, the removal efficiency of AOBMR integrated equipment on COD is stable and more than 90%; NH3-N removal rate is also stable and above 70%. It indicates that the device hang biofilm success. After the success of hanging biofilm, it can be observed slightly malodorous gases release from the anaerobic pool and can directly see the thickness of 1-2 mm transparent yellow biofilm above suspension ball filler in the aerobic pool.Through a detailed analysis about characteristics of each component of AOBMR integrated device, the removal mechanism of pollutants and its control factors, discuss the key technology and principle in affecting the normal operation of the experimental process,draw a hypothesis that appropriately adjust the circulation ratio, the residence time of the sewage in anaerobic and aerobic pool can improved water pollutants removal rate of AOBMR integrated device in a certain degree,. Thus, through setting different residence time and internal cycle ratio, analysis the Operating condition of integrated equipment under different factors and select more optimal operating conditions. The residence time is set 6h, 8h, 10h; the circulation ratio is 0, 200%, 300%, 400%, 500%, 600%. Come to conclusion that the removal rate of COD, NH3-N and TN increased with the increase of residence time. When the circulation ratio changes, the removal rate of COD, NH3-N, TN first increase and then decrease along with the internal cycle ratio increases. Through ordering the experimental monitoring data under different operating conditions and in-depth analysis, obtain the optimal operation conditions of the integrated equipment, namely: retention time is 8 h, the internal cycle ratio is 300%. Under the optimized conditions, the average removal efficiency of COD, NH3-N, TN is respectiely 94.9%, 83.7%, 61. 6%.According to the obtained optimum conditions select AOBMR integrated equipment as the processing system, design out a sewage treatment scheme for a living area of 2000 people in Dengfeng City Shi Dao Xiang district and benefit analysis. Benefit analysis shows that that AOBMR integrated equipment has those advantages, such as high efficiency and low energy, convenient operation and management, low operating cost, flexible application, short process, does not produce sludge bulking,etc.It has a good application and development prospects on treating the decentralized sewage of small and medium sized cities, towns, communities,and countrysides.Optimization the operating parameters of AOBMR sewage treatment integrated equipment provides more specific technical support and more optimal theoretical parameter for the engineering application of the equipment in domestic sewage treatment. To better highlight a number of advantages of the integrated process in sewage treatment industry and more effectively remove a series of pollutants in water, When AOBMR integrated equipment is applied in practical.
