In case parts,sleeve parts,annular parts,plate type parts,plate parts,shaft and other parts,when the part wall thickness and inner diameter curvature radius or contour size of less than 1:20,known as thin-walled parts.It is formed by thin board and reinforcing rib lightweight thin walled structure,it as a whole,high strength,light weight,beautiful shape,so in engineering,especially in more and more widely used in automobile,defense and other industries.At present,the development of thin-walled parts is extremely thin,large size and complex direction.With the increasingly widespread application of the computer and simulation processing technology becomes more and more important.It can not only verify the correctness of NC program,but also to optimize the processing procedures to reduce the numerical control program of the security risks.Numerical control machining simulation technology is a technology which is used to simulate the machining environment and working state of the actual machine tools.NC simulation system fully simulate the real parts of the machining process can detect true instruction is correct and provide true machine is similar to the operation panel,debugging,edit,modify,and other functions are also equipped.In this paper,the structure characteristics and the special characteristics of the mechanical processing of a large conical thin shell are analyzed.First of all,the application of Solidworks 3D software to establish the three-dimensional model and the finished products are all blank with thin-walled parts.Secondly,according to the machining requirements and structural characteristics of the thin-walled parts,the machining method of the inner cone surface of the milling cutter with the milling cutter is selected.On this basis,the application of VERICUT simulation software to build the configuration of SIEMENS 840 D numerical control operating system of virtual five axis horizontal milling machine and tool for processing the part of the tool.Thetheoretical error and the factors affecting the surface quality are analyzed and summarized in the final analysis.Finally simulation.
