With the rapid development of human medical technology and animal husbandry,due to its outstanding advantages of stable drug resistance,wide antimicrobial spectrum,non-deterioration,low cost,ease of absorption after taking and so on,sulfonamides has been wildly used in human medicine and animal medicine,Excessive abuse of this medicine leads to leakage,resulting in pollutions of eco-environment seriously.The Irrational use can also make sulfonamides remain in animal foods,and then residues will affect human health.As the residues of the antibiotics have sample complexity,larger fluctuation,serious interference,low content and so on,it is important to study trace sulfonamides in environmental samples.Molecular imprinting(MIP)have the advantages of specific recognition ability,good stability,better reusability and powerful anti-interference ability,which has became a functional polymer with highly selectively in recent years.It has been widely used in many fields such as chemical sensors,chromate-graphic separation and solid phase extraction and so on.Therefore,the most important problem of molecular imprinting is to realize the specific recognition of the pollutant in the high polarity or aqueous phase.In this paper,two novel surface molecular imprinted polymer were synthesized by using ionic liquids as the functional monomers in the high polarity phase methanol,sulfamethoxazole and sulfamonomethoxine as the template,and the imprinting polymers were characterized by many techniques,and its adsorption properties,solid-phase and extraction in the environment samples were studied in detail.The main achievements are listed as follows:1,The characteristics of the antibiotics,the ways of pollution and the methods of analysis were first summarized;the study on the molecular imprinting technique was summarized.The different preparation methods,principles and applications of molecularly imprinted polymers were analyzed,The function of ionic liquid and its application in molecular imprinting were introduced.2,By using ionic liquids as the functional monomers,two sulfonamides surface molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared.Through the UV spectroscopy and HNMR titrion we studied the interaction between the template molecule and functional monomer,and characterized with FT-IR spectra,SEM micrographs,BET surface area analysis and TGA analysis,the structural information and chemical composition of the polymer were studied.We use the data as the theoretical basis for the recognition of molecularly imprinted polymers.3,The specific adsorption performance of the two surface molecularly imprinted polymers was tested by the adsorption isotherms,kinetic curve and selective adsorption experiments.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer compared to the non-imprinted polymer,and the two imprinted polymers achieved the adsorption equilibrium in 30 min and40min.The building process could be described by pseudo-second order kinetics.According to the selectivity experiments,we can see that the two imprinted polymers can choose the specific adsorptiontemplate molecules in a variety of structural analogues.The sulfamethoxazole imprinted polymer in aqueous methanol on adsorption was studied,The result showed that when the water content was at 50%,the adsorption was the best.4,The sulfamethoxazole and sulfamonomethoxine surface imprinted polymers were used as preparing soild phase extraction column.Combined with solid phase extraction technology,the parameters such as flow rate,elution solvent and column capacity were studied and investigated.And under the best conditions,coupled with HPLC,we study on selective separation and extraction of solid phase column.The result showed that the two MIP-SPE column can selective separate and extract the template molecules from complex structural analogs.When the MIP-SPE-HPLC system were applied to detection of the sulfamethoxazole and sulfamonomethoxine in environment samples,they both recoveries over 95%,the above points showed MIPs have excellent value.5,Based on the above research results,the whole paper was summarized,the innovation of this thesis was pointed out,and some suggestions were put forward for the disadvantages and future of molecular imprinted technique.
