The chemically modified electrodes?CMEs?is designed at the surface of the electrode by using different methods.The electrode surface has a specific micro structure to make the sensitivity and selectivity have a good changes.In this paper,we were prepared different modified electrodes and its application in electricatalytic.1.Simultaneous determination of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim at multi-wall carbon nanotubes/Nafion modified glassy carbon electrodeA multi-wall carbon nanotubes/Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode has been fabricated.It was used to electrochemically detect sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim by differential pulse voltammetric determination.There presented two well-defined oxidation peak.The electrochemical oxidation of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim was moved comparison with at the bare GCE,which indicated that MWCNTs/Nafion/GCE can catalyze the electrochemical oxidation of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim very well.SMZ and TMP measurements showed excellent linear response,ranging from 6.00×10-6-3.00×10-4 mol/L?R=0.999,R=0.999,respectively?,The detection limits were found to be 5.32×10-7 mol/L for sulfamethoxazole and 7.05×10-7 mol/L for trimethoprim.The relative standard deviation was 2.37%?2.59%,respectively.This method is convenient,can be used for the determination of actual samples.2.Determination of dopamine by grapheme/multi walled carbon nanotube modified electrode Graphite oxide and multiwall carbon nanotube were fabricated onto the glassy carbon electrode to form the ERGO/MWCNTs/GCE for the electrochemical determination of dopamine.The GO and MWCNTs composites film on GCE was obtained by coating-method,then the GO was electrochemically reduced to ERGO.The resultant ERGO/MWCNTs/GCE was characterized by cyclic voltammetry,and showed excellent electrochemical response to dopamine in PBS buffer solution.Compared with GCE,the peak potential of dopamine shifted negatively and the peak current increased signficantly at the modified electrodes.Dopamine measurements showed excellent linear response,ranging from 4.80×10-7-1.10×10-5 mol/L and 1.10×10-5 mol/L-2.90 × 10-4 mol/L.The detection limits were found to be 8.71×10-8 mol/L.The relative standard deviation was 4.30%.This method can be used for the determination of actual samples.3.Determination of glucose by Ni-Cu nanoparticles/Nafion composite modified electrodeNafion were fabricated onto the glassy carbon electrode and then convert Ni2+?Cru2+ into Ni-Cu nanostructure via electrodeposition,at last a Ni-Cu NPs/Nafion modified flassy carbon electrode?Ni-Cu NPs/Nafion/GCE?has been fabricated.The resultant was characterized by cyclic voltammetry,and showed excellent electrochemical response to glucose in NaOH.Under the optimum experimental conditions,glucose measurements showsed excellent linear reaponse,ranging from 9.80×10-7-9.60×10-5 mol/L and 9.60×10-5-1.50×10-3 mol/L.The detection limits were found to be 4.32×10-7 mol/L.The modified electrode have high sensiticity and better reproducibility.The proposed method can be used for the determination of actual samples.
